Poor customer service, I made an appointment a week ahead of time and I got there and waited an hour. Rude, I wanted my nails to look a certain way and when I said something about it she told me to stop telling her how to do her job. Bad at acrylics, they were sloppy and lasted for about a week. Do not recommend.

Zero stars. Gel pedicure peeled off within hours and got dark polish everywhere. When I called the manger I was hung up on twice.

Kim, the owner, is absolutely fabulous. A wonderful lady to talk to and very very professional. She really takes her nail stuff seriously. And an added bonus? The prices are amazing! I got a full set ...
Kim, the owner, is absolutely fabulous. A wonderful lady to talk to and very very professional. She really takes her nail stuff seriously. And an added bonus? The prices are amazing! I got a full set plus gel for like, 38, and she even offered to design! This would be a great place for kids are Minnetonka High school to come to get their nails done, especially for events like prom, because it's just across the highway from the high school! Kids, check this place out. I'll definitely be coming back.

Super friendly, looking for a simple pedicure with girlfriends. They were able to work on all three of us at once. They took their time and the lotions and hot towels were lovely!

Worst pedicure ever. A client came in after me who knew the owner, they proceeded to talk the whole time during my pedicure. The owner was rushed, she didn't do a good job clipping and filing my toe...
Worst pedicure ever. A client came in after me who knew the owner, they proceeded to talk the whole time during my pedicure. The owner was rushed, she didn't do a good job clipping and filing my toenails, that is why I pay someone to do them! She never cleaned up my nails after polishing them, again she was rushed. I went and sat down with the foot dryer and she made a big deal that I couldn't sit in that particular chair because I was too heavy and made me move to a different one. I was mortified and so embarrassed as there were several clients in there. She could have easily phrased it, please sit in this chair instead, it is more comfortable. I will NEVER go back.

I was told the wait was 30 minutes and waited for an hour. The woman doing my nails never smiled and shoved my hands around. I asked for rounded nails and they are pointy. She almost ran my card twice...thank goodness her co-worker was paying attention. Don't plan on returning.

Went here because I was in a hurry, told the technician I was in a hurry and wanted a basic pedi. I've paid a lot more to spend less time in a chair for more services. My cuticles where really the issue along with some fresh paint. She barely touched them while trying to up sell. Even after reading the reviews, I still came. Never again. I'd suggest that the owner get some new employees in there who know what they're doing.

It's nice and clean. However, unless you're in a hurry, don't let the owner do your nails if you can help it. Her name is Kim and she speeds through the spa pedicure which is 35$.

I just moved to the area and was a little nervous trying somewhere new. I had no reason to be nervous at this place. What a fantastic job they did. I was long overdue for a pedicure and the gentleman who took care of me took his time to make my feet sandals ready. This place was so awesome I was almost worried about posting a review in case it becomes too busy!

Worst pedicure ever. A client came in after me who knew the owner, they proceeded to talk the whole time during my pedicure. The owner was rushed, she didn't do a good job clipping and filing my toenails, that is why I pay someone to do them! She never cleaned up my nails after polishing them, again she was rushed. I went and sat down with the foot dryer and she made a big deal that I couldn't sit in that particular chair because I was too heavy and made me move to a different one. Went here because I was in a hurry, told the technician I was in a hurry and wanted a basic pedi. I've paid a lot more to spend less time in a chair for more services. My cuticles where really the issue along with some fresh paint. She barely touched them while trying to up sell. Even after reading the reviews, I still came. Never again.
