I never ever write bad reviews. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume good intent. Not today. Today, I had a 3pm appointment for a simple blow-out. I get them all the time, although this was my first visit here. I was in a meeting that was running long and raced out to make the appointment. I called to let them know I was running late. I walked in the door at 3:15 and waited several minutes while the receptionist was taking another call. She then informed me, in the rudest way possible, that they couldn't take me. Not that they wouldn't have time to shampoo, or I'd have to accept a modified, simplified service, which I would have completely understood, nope, just that they wouldn't take me. She even went back to 'ask' a stylist who didn't even look at my very simple hair. Now here's the thing...usually, I get it. If I have an appointment during a peak time or hadn't called. But I did, and was not told, 'hey, we are too booked so don't come in.' On a Monday. At 3:15 in the afternoon. I get that things happen, and I WAS late. But when a business can't work to either let me know or modify then it's really not working at all. Honestly, the whole thing felt awful. Read Less
