Alecia is the best hairstylist I've ever been to! I scheduled an appointment with her on an impulse while passing through town on my move across the country and I was pleasantly surprised. Even though the space is small, inside an office building, and most of the clientele is male, I received the best haircut of my life here. I showed Alexia two photos of my ideas and she immediate understood what I wanted...and delivered it on the first try in a way that far exceeded my expectations. I was blown away because this NEVER happens for me! I would highly recommend Alecia to women who want a great cut and style and don't mind skipping all of the superfluous spa pampering at an upscale salon. I needed a cut and color at a fairly reasonable price, without going to a cheap chain salon. I found this place and read the reviews about Alecia. Within a couple of days, I was sitting in her chair explaining the cut and color desired for my longer hair. Needless to say, I was pretty worried. Alecia knew exactly what she was doing and the color is superb! She also cut off just the right amount, and this was the first time in years that I didn't need to finish cutting my hair in my own bathroom later on! Alicia gives a detailed haircut and because of that, the "look" lasts me a long time.  She is pleasant to talk , but not too much.  Uses great products and a good scalp massage during the wash. She does many weddings too. I am glad to have found her! Read Less

I've been coming for years to get haircuts here... with Tom and with Mark and Alicia now.  They remember what I get each time as I can never explain it very well.  I have a full beard and they do an excellent job trimming it--lots of scissor work which means they know what they are doing.  Rates are more then reasonable and they are always on time for appointments.  Great place! I followed Alicia here from her old salon.  The salon is in an office tower and most of the clientele appeared to be old men taking a break from work.  It's a no-frills barbershop atmosphere that I never would have tried if I didn't know Alicia was so good.  She is fast and her cut and color are top notch. The pricing is very reasonable given her talent. I purchased a Groupon for a haircut & style with AlIcia and wow I was pleasantly surprised!  It is a very quaint little shop right across from Health Partners in St. Louis Park in the west end in the Money Gram building.  AlIcia discussed what my hair currently had going on and how we could reach the goal I had in mind.  I left the salon feeling like a whole new woman and the massage was great!  I will be going back as her prices are unbeatable!
