I visited the salon about 2 weeks ago and got a gel manicure. I waited maybe a total of 2 minutes during what seemed like a very busy time! The woman who did my nails did a fantastic job! I had the deluxe lavender pedicure, it was the best pedicure I have ever had. The massage and hot stone that came with it were fabulous. The nail technician took his time and made me feel like he actually cared about his clients and their experience. It was very reasonably price for the services that I received . This is my second time coming here and both times have been absolutely amazing! Robin made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this nail salon. They actually remembered me from the first time I came in and they seem interested in getting to know you rather than treating you like just another customer. This is my favorite place to get a pedicure. They are always so kind and welcoming. I have never been unhappy with how my nails are clipped or removal of callouses. I think the lavender massage is the best. Or maybe it's the hot rock massage that's the best. I like the "spa" music which is much more relaxing than tv's or music blaring. Pretty much they should just have a sign on the door reading "cash only" (actually there is a big tacky sign above the front desk that says "cash is king.") Lady who did my pedicure did a good job but made me feel very uncomfortable because I wasn't paying cash. She asked me twice during my treatment if I was paying cash and I told her each time "sorry, no." Then at the end when it came time for me to pay, she asked again if I could please pay her cash. I explained I didn't have any. She glanced at my purse and raised her eyebrows. Literally I had to get my wallet out, show it to her and open it to show her I didn't have cash on me. She begrudgingly processed my card but made sure to let me know the 25% tip I wrote in was pretty much worthless because the fees were so expensive to process my Visa card. Literally every single other establishment I patronise takes debit/credit cards and doesn't hesitate to allow me to add-on a tip. It's 2017 by the way. Read Less

I thought at first it was a nice place but as the appointment went on I was very disappointed. After I paid I was told it was actually 5 dollars more and my daughter's nails were done poorly. The pedicure and manicure were not all that great. My French tip nails did not even last 24 hours before it started peeling off. I can honestly say I will probably not return. Read Less

Went in there for the first time to get acrylic nails done. I was super excited rather though I was a little rushed getting there because I told the lady over the phone 5. She said that was fine but then Pressured me to do 4:30. I left the shop kinda happy. She did a nail crooked, missed a few of the edges and I had to tell 3 times I need them short for the work industry I work in. She didn't listen what so ever keep telling her more. 2 days go by and I noticed that 2 of the nails are already coming off. And the next day another so I went into 2 different nail places nearby and we looked at them more we noticed she didn't do it right so all ten came right off. Pretty hot or cold.... I am a 1 star or 5 star reviewer and this nail salon is a fave, hands down!   I'm pretty picky about cleanliness of facilities and attitude of the staff and have yet to be disappointed here! It's very convenient for me to come over my lunch break at work for either mani or pedi and while I try to book ahead, I have never had an issue being taken care of right away. They are super nice and welcoming and have a great selection of polish, lots of new massage chairs and no strong smells of polish or remover and no one wearing masks (kind of a turn off when you are treating yourself to a beauty procedure!)... love this place! I was nicely greeted and asked to pick out my choice of color for my pedicure. Less than a 5 minute wait on a Friday before a holiday weekend! I was also offered a cold bottle of water which was a nice extra. My pedicure was great, and a great value too! The deluxe is $35 and includes exfoliation and a hot stone massage. She got rid of the dead skin on my heels which the last 2 places have failed to do (ugh, that's the whole point)! I'll definitely be returning...it's worth the trip from home in West St Paul! I was serviced by Hannah on nails, Tao on feet, and Robin to backfill when Tao had to leave early.  All this happened simultaneously.  The entire time I kept thinking that this has to be what celebrities experience.  I often get my nails done but seldom get a pedicure because I don't have the time.It was an enjoyable experience all around. I am sure this had to do with the fact that I walked in an hour before closing and ordered services that would take  two hours.I received the Deluxe pedicure which included exfoliating scrub, hot stone rocks, and clay scrub. My manicure was with the dipping powder or SNS nail system.  Hannah, who is also the owner, was gentle in the removal of the last botched job I received and made my nails look natural with the dipping powder; not too thick, just perfect.The only downfall is that they do not carry many colors for the dipping powder as compared to other spots such as Nail Bar and Spa in Apple Valley. Nails and Company only carries around 7 colors in the SNS line.The prices are decently priced so I will definitely keep this place in my top 5 in the Twin Cities. Read Less

This is my second visit to Nails & Company. A couple weeks ago I got a pedicure and eyebrow waxing from Nancy and she did a great job! She even painted a Hello Kitty on my big toes. It was so cute!!!I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow and so I wanted a gel manicure. I've never had one before but Nancy did such a great job on my toes and eyebrows, I didn't hesitate to return. Luckily, Nancy was there today and gave me my first gel manicure ever. I love what she did to my nails!!! They are so beautiful and I feel happy just looking at them!!
