Great location and prices, however atmosphere is straight up weird. Some music would be nice. Employees seem nice but chat constantly with one another in Vietnamese making customers feel like they are intruding. I've been twice and similar experiences. I was "greeted" by a  manicurist who was sleeping but briefly opened  her eyes to tell me to take a seat and then proceeded to go back to sleep in one of the spa chairs. She coughed and sneezed throughout my appointment with another manicurist. She was obviously sick.  I wished she would have taken steps to at least isolate herself from customers and cover her mouth when coughing. I have been here many times and generally feel the price and staff are good...maybe it was just an off day and everyone was sick... But they were very unfriendly and my manicurist was very prickly when i asked her to redo a smudged nail. Read Less

I have been going to this salon for years. They are wonderful, though I go to Hannah exclusively. She is extremely thorough, kind and I always get an exceptional mani or pedi that would cost me a fortune elsewhere. I often get compliments on my nails and appreciate her willingness to try new things on my nails. They do accept credit cards, cash is only preferred. They will adjust their hours to meet schedule. You will notice a lot of ladies (and men) in the salon who want great service and results for a fair price. Read Less

When it comes to nail salons I guess I don't really care about "spa treatment" and fanciness, I care more about the quality, speed, and price. This place satisfies all three. Walk-ins are usually a short wait, except maybe around Homecoming/Prom season, and they finish quickly (but don't rush through anything). Prices are low (bring cash! They take credit but prefer the green) and they ask for payment before doing your fingernails so you aren't digging in your purse with a fresh manicure. The nail techs are generally friendly and efficient. My regular mani-pedi is only starting to show signs of wear 10 days later. I'm a bit biased with this place, but after trying several other salons, I appreciate Nail Images for their no-frills, low cost, and consistent quality service. Read Less

Looking for a new place to go, I called and made an appointment. After arriving I saw that the ratio of workers to customers were not proportionate. Wasn't sure there were more workers around, I waited...20 minutes after my appointment time (and them accepting more customers) I asked how much longer the wait was and was told another 15-20 minutes. So much for making an appointment! While I can't speak to their work, I wouldn't go back if they can't manage time management.Read Less

The smell of chemicals was absolutely overwhelming.  I am on the sensitive side and had to walk out moments after I walked in.  There is absolutely no air circulation. I feel awful for the technicians who are exposed to such health hazards. Read Less

Absolutely, hands down, the best and most natural looking acrylics I've ever seen or gotten in my life and the price cannot be beat! I really recommend this place for gel manicures or acrylics. I haven't gotten a pedicure yet but I bet it's awesome too.Read Less

I visited Nail Images during my lunch break 2 weeks ago. They were able to seat me right away and gave me the best gel mani of my life. It might not be the fanciest establishment in the area but the quality of service was excellent and I will definitely return for another gel manicure soon. Read Less

Pros: fast service, nice results, not frightfully expensiveCons: none-too-clean - they are seem to be re-using tools without properly sanitising them between customers (I covered my feet with anti-fungal cream when I got home), not particularly friendly or service-orientated. They seem to expect a fairly large tip relative to the cost of the treatment (but perhaps I was too easily intimidated into parting with my cash). Bottom line: my toes look great, but as a new comer to this city, I'd like to see what the competition is like. Read Less

Editing a previous review. I think this place is kind of a 50-50 shot at having a great experience now. It can be good or bad - and my recent visit on 5-15-14 was one of the bad ones. My feet are scuffed on top because of the heavy filing they did to get nail polish off of my toes (I literally have scabs on two toes and scrapes on the top of my foot). My friend complained that her "warm" towel was way too hot, but they left it on her skin anyway. A girl across from us was scalded by the hot water when they rinsed the exfoliating scrub off of her legs. I think they were just having a bad night. I'd still go back to give it one more shot because they do kind of let you just enjoy yourself while everything is going on and don't force conversation if you want to read or visit with a friend, and I like that. I gave this place a try as a walk in on a Monday morning.  The value is great! I had the $25 pedicure and the leg massage was fantastic.  She did the best job on my callouses that I've ever had done, and they have a ton of OPI colors.  My one gripe was after I was finished and left at the drying table, my pedicurist never came back to ask me to pay or tell me I could go.  I sat there for half an hour looking out to find her (maybe she went to lunch?) until finally I had to ask someone else if I could pay.  Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather get the money out of the way as I'm drying so I can move on as soon as I'm ready.But I will certainly come back!
