Oh, where to begin.. close to my work office, so I tried it. Michelle did a great job with a mood polish, lasted 3 weeks. went back, she was on vacation, got Helen for a Chrome. I was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes as she did them over and over to get them right. Didn't have the right tools, using an old USED eye shadow applicator for the Chrome powder. Sat right next to cash register with Jimmy right behind my shoulder staring at his cell phone, we were so close we were touching. Every-time someone walked in Helen stopped working on me to talk to the new customer, when she was working on me, she talked non-stopo in her languae to other employees in the shop looking all around to be sure everything was under control; sadly, not paying attention to me. Customer lined up side by side, factory style, hot and humid in there, they had the door open with people smoking right outside the door. Counter top was filthy, other peoples nail shavings, spilled polish, thick coat of nail dust from other people. Gross!! the place was half empty, but 3 of us lined up shoulder to shoulder. The most un-relaxing, stressful, 'cant wait to get out of here' nail experience in the 25 yrs of getting my nails done. Helen began arguing with Victor over what I assume was the unsuccessful chrome she was trying to do for me. The base coat was not compatible with the chrome powder and it wouldn't stick. They should know what works with what, right? No sample nails to see the end result, told me to go on Google to see what it would look like. When I suggested the problem was the base coat, Victor chimed in 'we know what we doing'. Alrighty then. But, Victor, you really don't, because I had to come back for another attempt by Victor who did the same thing as Helen, another hour and 45 minutes, looked worse than the first time with Helen. I had a wedding the next day, hid my hands for the pictures, girls at work laughed and told me to write this. And I PAID for this. They offered me a FREE mood polish change and I went back the next week to get my money's worth. Helen did a mood polish - half way through she passed me on to someone else with no explanation. I sat at the same dirty table with cash register by my left ear, watching Jimmy stare mindlessly at his phone and listening to them all argue in a language I don't understand. So NOT a spa experience. And, clean the place up why don't you? Never Again. Read Less
