I was not too happy with my experience there. It was my first time there as well. When I arrived, I looked at their pricing to decide if I wanted to splurge on a pedicure and a full set or just pedi and gel polish on my own nails. Based on their pricing, I should have been charged $25 for pedi and $25 for full set, plus add $10 for gel polish. That is a total of $60. I confirmed this with an older woman BEFORE I sat down for the pedicure. She did my pedicure and then di...rected me to a young woman for my nails. I sat down and she asks me if I want gel polish. I said yes, and then pointed at their picture of nail shapes. I told her which shape I wanted and she acted surprised and asked if I wanted a full set. I told her that's what I told the other lady I wanted. She said ok. and it seemed to be ok. I haven't had my nails done in maybe 20 years! So I was asking questions about the process and she got really annoyed with me. Her attitude was less than friendly the whole time. This place is a horror story !! Please stay away. I couldn’t believe what they put me through and I only wish I can get back my hour and a half I spent in that horrible place !! I went in 03/31/18 at 6:30 pm, I asked them for a pedicure and a full set. They said that that would be okay and asked me to go pick out a color and I picked out a color on the polish wall. I asked if I could get that color in gel and the older Asian man agreed. I sat in the pedicure chair, on my phon...e, trust worthy. Then at the end the older Asian woman started putting polish on my toes, then I asked her what was going on and that I asked for gel, she told me that the older man didn’t inform her, so I didn’t mind it because it wasn’t her fault and the color was cute, but I informed her for my full set I need gel polish and she understood. My pedicure was done and I walked over to get nails done the older woman trimmed shaped and buffed my nails out, then only older man that’s Asian asked me to pay which I did, and then ended up putting the same polish as my toes as my nails, I told him that I didn’t want the polish I wanted gel, and he said “ no no no we don’t have, who you think you are” and at this point I was confused and offended, because all I asked for was a simple gel, which matter a fact, it costs more for gel and they would be paid more, but they didn’t care about one thing I wanted, and when I first came to the shop I told them I was going on a trip that day. So the older man put one coat of polish and he also cut me with his nail, and told me to sit by the the fans, at this point I was just over it, I asked for a receipt the old man wrote up some random words on the back of there business card. At this point I done, I wanted to talk to management because my toes looked horrible and it was blotchy, my nails looked disgusting. I talked to the man and asked him for a legitimate receipt and he said that’s all they have. I talked to the older woman and she told me that she’s had receipts but the man told her not to give me one. I told her that I was not happy with my service and that I’m really disappointed, I asked her if I could get my nails re done on Monday 01/02/18 because I have a trip, or if I could have a refund, the older woman felt bad but the older Asian man told me to get out and never come back, that it was my fault for picking yellow nails. He told me to leave and never come back. So I left with my nails looking terrible and I had to pay for that. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS NAILSHOP AGAIN! As a previous review stated by the time they get done nickel and diming you for average length nails, using a debit card, and other meticulous charges it ends up not being so cheap but this is the least of the problems with this shop. I have always got a much less than friendly vibe from the family who owns this place. However it is very close to my house so I continued to go up until recently when I had a very unsettling experience. ... A couple weeks ago I went to KE Nails at 6:30 but I was just getting my eyebrows done and the older gentleman says we can do your eyebrows but we aren't doing nails anymore. Another woman walks in at 6:45 and gets a full set but I let that go because I didn't want my nails done anyway. So today I went there at 6:15 for a fill and the older man gives me a dirty look and after standing there for about a minute he finally asks me what I want to get done and I told him a fill. He tells me to come back. At this point I ask “wait so do you guys close at 7 or not?” He's says we have one more client and I'm like ok but there are 3 of you in here. Then he points at the younger woman nail tech and says “well she's the only one who will do your nails, she's the only one who wants to do your nails.” At that point I asked what's that suppose to mean and he ignores me and starts talking to a customer. be sure to only use opi polish. the other polish they have will chip in a day or two. also they rush you to pick the polish and then do a shoddy job. i would drive a bit further to get better service and better color/polish brand selection. Read Less

Stopped by for a walk in, and I was very pleased. I just got a gel manicure, but they had an awesome array of shellac to choose from, and their service was exceptionally fast and very friendly, and my nails look great!! Read Less

My experience was absolutely fabulous! They were able to get me in on a busy Friday evening right before they closed. All the nail techs were friendly courteous and professional. K and E Nails were extremely Diligent in getting the dead skin off! ! My feet have never looked so good! Read Less

First time here. Good experience. Staff is friendly and does a pretty good job. Easy parking. They don't have any prices posted anywhere and no website so that's kinda confusing. I spent $70 for gel mani pedi before tip so average price to give you an idea. They do eyebrow waxing so that's a plus! Read Less
