Went in & asked for a color change, was told $25 for color change & $30 for manicure. I told them I only needed a color change. They only performed the color change & at the end I was told it would be $30. I don’t mind paying an extra $5 if the correct services were performed, but they weren’t. Asked why it was $30 when I walked in & was told $25 (mind you I did not ask the price, she just said it). They told me it would be more due to having acrylic nails on (I told them before hand I had acrylics on). Everytime I go here they change their pricing on you. Terrible job.  There was no wait, so I sat right down and then it took an hour and 30 minutes for her to finish my nails.  I started to get uncomfortable and she asked if I needed water or was too tired.  She messed up one of my nails, blamed it on me, and acted like I was a huge inconvenience when she had to fix it.  The worst part?  Gel manicure started to peel after TWO days. I had a pedicure last fall by a young man in the spa & he clipped my skin 2 or 3 times during the procedure - it was uncomfortable . My toe was sore for several weeks afterward & I was concerned it was turning into an ingrown toenail from the trim he gave me. When I removed the polish some time later I saw a large nasty looking dark spot on my nail & finally had to be seen by my Dr. It was diagnosed as a toe fungus which needed treatment. I was not only concerned by the potential horrific side affects of the medication I have to take, (potential kidney failure & possible death, possible permanent loss of taste & smell among others). I also cannot expose myself to the sun for at least 6 wks. (not what I expected for going into summer). Today I received my medical bill & it was $292.00 - with my prescription I incurred over $300 of cost because of my 1 time visit to this spa! Connie Read Less

Despite appointments, they were behind. The young man who did my pedicure was great. However, I have nails that are pink and white with an American manicure. They did not have the proper powder for an American manicure. I told the woman who was to do my nails that I did not want my nails to be cut/shortened and also showed her a crack in a nail that needed to be fixed (this has happened before and I have never had a problem getting it fixed). Well, she shortened my nails so much that they do not go even as far as the ends of my fingers, she did not do a pink and white fill, she just coated over what I had and she never repaired the cracked nail. I chose this salon because it has a 4.r rating and my regular technician was called away on an emergency. My nails are now ruined and I have my son's wedding in two days. I will never go there again. Im looking around my new area for a nail salon. I stumbled upon this place and I'll be happy to stumble elsewhere from now on. Crabby staff, sick manicurist who shoved cotton in her nose to stop the drip, got up to wash hands after sneezing, but didn't sanitize and kept on going! Unfriendly staff, she started with wrong color and sort of argued with me about it, messy job with uneven glitter distribution and paint on my skin, had to repeat myself and have her correct the whole job a few times. Great place!! They're quick, clean, friendly and do a wonderful job. Given its residential location, and its proximity to Children's Business campus, it's a pretty popular..so I suggest calling ahead if you can - however I've never had a real problem getting in. Regular pedi w/ a gel mani will run you about $50, so it's pretty fair in my opinion when it comes to pricing. Definitely a place I recommend! Read Less

It sounded like the lady was shouting at me over the phone when I called to schedule my appt however, once in person they're kind and do a pretty good job. Very clean, professional nail salon in small strip mall. The DH and I had deluxe pedicures done here and are very satisfied. Having been to multiple nail salons in the area, I can say this is one of the best. Cash is preferred method of payment. Make an appointment before you go unless you don't mind waiting awhile. While we were there, 8-10 people walked in for nail services and ended up waiting or were asked to return in 30+ minutes. Read Less
