I've been here a handful of times to get my fills. Each time the price is different and they always ask me who did It prior  when it was them. This last time was my last. The lady rushed through it and was extremely aggressive. When I realized there was bubbles in my polish and brought it to her attention she just filed over my polish and made it scratched and rough. I'm disappointed because I feel like you don't get what you pay for. Needless to say I've had to go somewhere else to get them repaired. Costumer Service extremely poor. Read Less

I went in and asked for regular acrylic full set and my service provider put the gel polish on my nails without my permission, which was more expensive. I was expecting to pay $28 as their website states it costs for reg full set. I ended up paying $43. Was only offered one swatch of colors to choose from. Will not return. Read Less

Ive gone to this place about three times. My first experience was lovely and very welcoming. So, I decided to make this place my regular nail place. UNTIL my third time here, it was not so lovely. I went in for a pedicure on a Sunday morning , and immediately noticed that the person doing my toes was rushing.  I get it, it's getting busy but people with common courtesy should not expect to be seated right away If it's busy. But this isn't why I'm writing this review. Changing into caps now cause this should be read. THEY SEATED TWO LADIES IN THE PEDICURE WITHOUT CLEANING THE TUB. I SAW A GIRL LEAVE AND IMMEDIATELY AN OTHER GIRL SAT AND PUT IN HER TOES IN THIS OTHER PERSONS GERMS. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. However the woman who did my pedicure was rather rough with my toes, even knicked me pretty good. When I said ouch she just looked at me and moved on to the next toe. She didn't apologize until I started bleeding.My friend asked for a sparkler ombre and used my nails as an example. But the woman who took care of her was distracted and doing a million jobs at once. Because she couldn't get off the phone she also knicked her pretty bad and made no apology. I'll start out by saying that this was my very first ever pedicure, so I don't have anything to compare it to. However, I went with my fiancé (who gets them all the time), so I was able to get some of her thoughts and incorporate them with my experience into my review. Here we go:1) The salon: Warm and clean inside. Staff was very friendly. There was, however, a very pungent smell of acrylic nail polish. It was a tiny bit nauseating, but apparently every nail salon smells like it.  Bathroom was clean. We were able to sit down almost immediately when we arrived. 2) The set-up: The massage chair was just ok: while my fiancé really liked hers, I though my chair was way too rough. Despite trying to adjust it with the controls on the arm, it didn't really feel very relaxing.3) The pedicure: Again, this was my first, but based on what I was told about a pedicure, it was just ok. The nail clipping and cleaning was fine, but the foot massage part (that I paid extra for) was just so/so, and at the end, they put this strange liquid (an alcohol mixture) on my feet that made them burn. I had to go home, wash my feet, and put on new socks before we went back out because they felt so strange. My fiancé also said that her pedicure was so/so.  4) The price: pretty cheap compared to other places in the area. However, I was sort of bummed that they convinced me to upgrade to a more expensive pedicure to get a longer massage, and then gave me basically the same length foot massage as my fiancé, who got the cheaper massage.In all, an ok place for a pedicure considering the price, but I probably wouldn't come back. I went to get french tip acrylic nails done 2 days before my wedding. The lady was really nice and it was cheap but the job was horrible. They try to hurry the lady up since she wanted to close, my nails ended up cracking the day after I got them done. When the nails were done they had bubbles inside. I had to get them taken off and re-done elsewhere, first and last time I will be going there. Read Less

I went here when I was visiting Minneapolis for a couple of days. It was a nice place. The person who did my pedicure was nice. Although, he didn't understand much english but he could understand what was needed with respect to his job. I would go back again. Read Less

i was optimistic in trying this uptown nail salon, which i frequently pass by. upon entering, you are greeted in a friendly manner and the salon does not reek of chemicals as many nail salons do. no one else was getting a manicure, but several ladies were getting pedicures. the manicurist was very nice, but didn't speak any english, so it was hard to explain an issue, such as the uneven coating of nail color. the application was not very precise, and i had to point things out to be fixed. she wasn't rushed but i don't think she cared or looked very closely. the quality of the top coat is not very good- i sat under the drier for a long time, and still the top varnish smudged. as for price, they post $13 for a manicure, but charge $15. if you want to use a credit card, they add an extra dollar (or two if >$40). with tip, you're spending close to $20 for a manicure you may end up undoing once you get home because it looks like you did it yourself.
