Horrible service. I used to come here a long time ago, only because a friend of mine insisted. Sure they do good work, half the time. But the service is not worth it. Call in or walk in, you’ll still be waiting over an hour as they take people who walked in after you before you. Never again. Horrible employees.

I'm really bummed. Typically, they do decent work, and they're fair on their prices, but I was in today and was sorely disappointed. My nails are uneven and lumpy. I also got glitter on the very tips of my nails, only a 2nd color, and was charged for "nail art", which they've never done before. I was also charged for having 2 nails replaced, which has never been done before. I just feel like everything was done very fast and shoddily, like they were worried more about getting everyone done and getting out of there than they were making sure the quality of their work was good. This will be my last time in this shop.

I really liked my experience here. My nails turned out really well and the staff was friendly. It was just hard to understand what they were saying sometimes, because of the accents.

I had an awful experience here and will never go back. I had an appointment for a pedicure and still had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. When I finally was seated the nail tech dug into the side of my toenail way too far to the point that it became infected. I received a gel pedicure which the nail technician said would last 2 weeks. It was completely chipped within 2 days and my toenails were cut uneven. The actual appointment time took about 20 minutes. This place has awful costumer service. I won’t be back.

If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. When me and my friend arrived at a time we had scheduled we had to sit in the pedicure chair 20 mins before they even put our water in. We basically filled our own foot tubs then the water was too hot, we had to turn the water off and start the bubbles ourselves. No foot massage, crappy service, and nail polish all over my hand. Will never go their again. Not too clean dirt and toe nails all over the damn place. One fan for drying and no assistance. This place really sucks.

The girls were adorable and super helpful. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and was not aware that appointments here is a good thing. I was told the wait would be 10 min, after 30 or so min I was escorted to a chair and was left to soak my feet for an additional 15-20 min. When my nail tech came over she never introduced herself to me just started going to work. She did not have a very light hand and I was concerned that she was going to clip me a bit to deep and cause me to bleed. She buffed the nails on my right foot but not my left and I had to ask her for the lotion and she stated she hadn't got to that point yet.She did a pretty good job but I may try to go at a not to busy time and see if my service is different.Tip: they only take cash tips btw

I have been trying to find a new salon, was on detour because 35E was closed, stopped in not realizing they were close to closing time. They took me in and treated me like I was important. I didn't feel like they were rushing. I left knowing that was the best money I have spent on my nails in years...looking forward to getting my full service (hands and feet) in aprox 2 weeks

Greeted and sat almost immediately. I work long hours on my feet and a pedicure was long overdue. As a guy not interested in any polish, I really appreciated the time and effort spent with callous removal and massage of my feet and legs up to the knee. Plus, the massage chair itself is UNREAL! Very wonderful service at a competitive price. I will absolutely be coming here for my next pedicure.

Horrible service. I used to come here a long time ago, only because a friend of mine insisted. Sure they do good work, half the time. But the service is not worth it. Call in or walk in, you’ll still be waiting over an hour as they take people who walked in after you before you. Never again. Horrible employees.

I'm really bummed. Typically, they do decent work, and they're fair on their prices, but I was in today and was sorely disappointed. My nails are uneven and lumpy. I also got glitter on the very tips of my nails, only a 2nd color, and was charged for "nail art", which they've never done before. I was also charged for having 2 nails replaced, which has never been done before. I have been trying to find a new salon, was on detour because 35E was closed, stopped in not realizing they were close to closing time. They took me in and treated me like I was important. As a guy not interested in any polish, I really appreciated the time and effort spent with callous removal and massage of my feet and legs up to the knee. Plus, the massage chair itself is UNREAL!
