First time I had been there with my friend just for her birthday. They were super nice for the most part. When it came time to do my nails, she gave me gel when I just asked for acrylic. While she was sanding, it got really hot and I could feel it on my nails, she was going so fast that she hit my skin and burned me 4 times on different fingers. The polish looked fine, and I appreciated when she took the time to re-do my thumb because she messed up. I asked if she could add gems to my nails around the outside, they were extremely crooked and gapped, and asked if she could fix them, she did, at that point I figured she just couldn't do it at all because she clearly couldn't see how bad they were. When she did the matte top coat, she put it on top of the gems and said she had to do it like that. Never have I been told that the matte top coat has to go over the gems. So now they look like little blobs on my nails. She asked if I wanted my cuticles clipped and I said No. She did it anyways, ended up clipping two fingers and hurt me on both of them. I didn't even want to tell her I didn't like my nails at all because she was too sweet, and my friend really needed to leave. They seemed okay until I got home. I had coffin shaped nails. She filed them terribly and they were all slanted on my right hand. My nails are thick and look like square blobs. Read Less

I normally come here because it is close to where I live but I have had some bad experiences here now and I am not sure if I want to return. Today I got a gel manicure and it was done so quickly and poorly. The overall paint job on my nails is horrible and looks like I did it myself. During my manicure, the woman doing it literally took a personal phone call while doing my nails and said nothing to me the entire time. She was definitely in a hurry to get me in and out. Read Less

7/3/17Horrible service. Went in for a gel manicure and came out with 3 cuts & horrible paint. One cut required a bandaid. She shaped my nails and they look absolutely ridiculous. Never again. The lady that did my nails was nice but she rushed throughout the whole process. I asked for dip nails with a design and paint my toe nails, but she ended up just completing my nails without a design and not painting my toes. No lotion, no instruction on how long I should sit and dry or if I should wash my hands. My nails have stains around my skin. If you are in a rush to get in and out then it's good place, but if you are there for individualized attention giving you the best customer service without feeling rushed then I wouldn't come here. I had Thuy D today for my full set and toes gel change! She was super sweet and we had good conversation! I am so happy with how everything turned out!I was somewhat in a hurry because i was on my lunch break but she took care of me and my nails look amazing! She worked quick but efficiently and i will definitely be back for my next nail appointment especially since i work right down the street and the prices are affordable!Super happy! Love this place! I went in for a manicure and pedicure this past Friday. The pedicure was great, they just got new chairs and I think they did a nice job. I had regular polish put on my toes and it turned out very well. My finger nails were a different story. I had gel polish done on them. She got the polish all over my cuticles and tried to clean it up with the polishing handpiece for the acrylic nails. It helped, but it was still a mess. Within three days the polish started pulling up from over my cuticles and now I'm not even a week out and it's half off from the loose ends snagging on things. I have had several bad experiences here, I only kept going back since it's so close to my house. The service is not the best;  I always make sure to have an appointment but every time I have had to wait. The last time I was there I waited 20-25 min (past my appointment time) and the entire experience felt rushed. I also wonder about the cleanliness of the salon, it doesn't have a clean feel to it.  Also, the last time I was there the manicurist cut my finger three times and I had to leave with bandages. In two visits I'm very pleased with this nail spa. No wait, lots of colors to choose from and the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. Both times the salon has been clean. My gel manicure was done in haste, it was thick, I was charged for a poorly executed design on my ring finger that looked like I did it myself. My manicure (which normally lasts 2 weeks) lasted less than one. Even after I asked if the sides would peel up I was told it would be fine. My gel pedicure was ok. Normally lasts 2+ months and is already peeling. Also done in haste. Seemed like they wanted to get me in and out. Seems like they are more interested in quantity of people (more money) than the quality of the manicure. Pros: no wait, OPI gel polish availableCons: gel didn't even last a week (and I've had gel last more than 3 weeks), sloppy manicure, cramped & cluttered shopThis place was so cluttered and cramped that it was not particularly relaxing to visit. There was hardly space to walk around some of the booths and spa chairs; it seems like they tried to cram as many chairs as possible in the shop. There were random bottles of polish left at every station; it didn't seem like anyone put the bottles back on the rack for the next customer to chose from. The floor was dirty, there was dust everywhere, and the UV lights had polish smeared all over the inside. I went in for a gel manicure. I feel like I didn't really get the manicure part. The tech hardly worked on my nails at all. There was no pre-soak, no cuticle remover lotion, and she barely filed at all until after the gel had already cured. I've never had anyone file my nails AFTER curing the gel. The tech seemed to rush through my mani, though there weren't any other customers waiting. When I got home I still had sharp, uneven nails. The hand massage afterwards was cursory, and there was hardly enough paraffin wax in the warmer. There was only about an inch in the bottom of the warmer so I had to contort my hand and wrist to get a good coat. Verdict: I won't be back, and I would not recommend this place for a gel manicure. First visit there today! Was serviced right away without an appointment! Great deal for spa pedicure- $32.00 with coupon from website which included soak in massage chair, exfoliation, leg massage, sea salt rub, mud mask, hot towel treatment, and a hot paraffin wax dip before the color was put on! Very personable, made sure each toe was trimmed up and perfect and that I was happy with everything before putting me under the dryer. I have been coming here for my nails for over 5 years now, (with the exception of the past year). I moved to AZ but I am back now and so happy to have my nail salon again! I do pink and white gel every 2.5 weeks to 3 weeks. Their product stays shiny for the full 3 weeks and their pink is light and pretty. It doesn't have the fuchsia undertone some places use so they look very natural. Kathy is great and I have seen almost all of the techs here at some point or another. They are all wonderful. I highly recommend this salon! I would say it's moderately priced, but you get what you pay for. Gel fills for pink and white are $45 here. Full sets are $70-90 depending on if the charge you to take them off. Read Less

I won't be going back here. At first everything seemed fine and the lady that did my nails was nice. Then, she dipped my feet in a common paraffin wax bucket. I'm sure many feet have been dipped there. Despite it being hot, it still freaks me out. I prefer the individual plastic bag per foot, please. Then, when I was done and walking in the sun, I noticed my polish on the toes were so sloppy and uneven. It looked like the top coat was applied before the polish was somewhat dried and they actually got mish moshed. They were dang ugly. I went back asking for them to be fixed. She re did it but the same thing happened. Not sure if she was just really horrible at it or there was something wrong with the polish. Anyway, I took it off when I got home. I will never go back! I don't need anything fancy, just a good color selection, someone who pays attention to details, and polish that doesn't come off within three hours (yeah, that's happened). Massage chairs are very nice and they did a great job on my Mani/pedi.  Love the paraffin dip that comes standard with both.   Upgraded to exfoliating pedicure which was amazing.Originally had 5 stars but downgraded to 4 because I got the manicure on Friday and by Sunday it looked terrible, chipped and cracked.  I'm somewhat rough on my nails but that was  record even for me.  Pedicure looks great, though. Had a good experience getting a manicure/pedicure here.Walked in at 5pm on a friday night and got sat immediately.Had a normal pedi and a manicure with gel polish and the cost was 55, a little on the high side, but it was with the new OPI gel nail polish, which I have to say...now 3 days later, looks like they were just done. I am one of those people who ruins her hand polish within 3 hours of a manicure, so I am more than impressed. My only beef was, there was a bit of the topcoat under my nail I needed to deal with later. But other than that, good experience.They do have the mani/ped for under 40 if you stick with standard polish. Parking is decent as you can park on the street or in the lot in back. Read Less

I waited 20-25 minutes (after being told it would be a 10 minute wait) for a pedicure - I was a walk-in. The facility is nice and everything is brand new, but I thought the pedicure was expensive and didn't last that long - I felt like I was rushed through and the basic pedicure was $30 before tip. I'm also pretty sure they were reusing flip flops after each person instead of getting new and clean ones as they were grabbing them from under a table where people sat to let their nails dry. I won't go there again since it wasn't a great pedicure, it took over an hour, and I'm not convinced they were cleaning the foot spas and flip-flops between uses since they were busy. Read Less
