This was the worst salon experience of my life. First the receptionist didn’t say hi and just stared at me... then after awkwardness asked what do you want? I came in for a color for blonde grow out ...
This was the worst salon experience of my life. First the receptionist didn’t say hi and just stared at me... then after awkwardness asked what do you want? I came in for a color for blonde grow out on my brown hair. I showed him pics, and he said he can do it. I ended up with a grayish, spotty dirty looking pun stripped blended full foil color on all of my blonde... he didn’t tone the underneath either. My hair was dry for a month. He then told me it was a semi perm and will wash out... I went back in and talked to the owner, who had me sit in her chair and proceeded to yell at me, and argue with me for a half hour, until I was crying. She eventually gave me a full refund including product... but It wasn’t worth the horrible experience and the color over my hundred of dollars spend on my previously blonde hair. I thought I needed to review to help others, before they decide to ruin their hair at this salon. You will walk out with very dry, spotted hair... the color half fades out... not the right way to do hair... at all.

I feel so comfortable and well taken care of at Hair Envy. I'm always greeted with a smile and have never had a neutral experience...I always leave better than when I walked in.

Betsy styled my hair for my wedding 6/4/2016. I am NOT a girl who spends time on my hair. I don't know hardly anything about styling or haircuts. I brought in some pictures of up-dos I found on pinter...
Betsy styled my hair for my wedding 6/4/2016. I am NOT a girl who spends time on my hair. I don't know hardly anything about styling or haircuts. I brought in some pictures of up-dos I found on pinterest and the veil I was going to be wearing, for a practice hair trial. Betsy gave me her advise and then did 3-4 quick samples of hairstyles. She took pictures on my phone of what they would like so that I could better decide. This was extremely helpful! One style stood out above the others and it made my decision ridiculously easy.
The salon itself, also nothing but praises here. Everyone was professional and easy to get along with. The decor, variety of services, equipment, employee oufits, down to the small details like the infused water and glasses for you as you wait- all extremely impressive.
The customer service went above and beyond! From my last minute bridesmaid deciding to have her hair done. To my indecisiveness on whether to do makeup or body scrub. They were extremely patient and kind towards me and did what they could to work it all in. I could not be happier!!

Rachelle, Rachelle, Rachelle! She knows how to do blond on a brunette (at least I think that's my natural color). She does a great cut as well. And the scalp massage is just a nice bonus!

I absolutely love this Salon. Not only did my stylist do a cut and foil in under 2 hours it looked great and when they wash your hair you get a head and neck massage that is fantastic with a heated towel wrap. I will definitely continue to go to this salon. I have been multiple times, have used a few different stylists because my schedule is crazy and I usually make appointments last minute, they have always been fun and professional. I would recommend to anyone!

This was the worst salon experience of my life. First the receptionist didn’t say hi and just stared at me... then after awkwardness asked what do you want? I came in for a color for blonde grow out on my brown hair. I showed him pics, and he said he can do it. Not only did my stylist do a cut and foil in under 2 hours it looked great and when they wash your hair you get a head and neck massage that is fantastic with a heated towel wrap. I will definitely continue to go to this salon.
