I had lash extensions done by Abby yesterday and I thought she was great and very knowledgeable. I loved her energy. I went to get my lashes refilled because I saw the fill was $40 for a 30 minute refill online and the location was closer than the original place I go to. However, I was disappointed at the time of check out that the actual price was $50. She was kind enough to let me know I didn't have to tip her, but I am upset I had to pay $50 instead of $40 for a minimal refill when I could have paid that same price at the salon I typically go to for a full refill.

I have been coming here for 10 years. Abbie is my "hair lady". My hair always turns out awesome. No one has done my hair since I started coming here.

Nadine is so lovely and does such a great job on manicures and pedicures, I've never had one last so long! I'll never go anywhere else again!

I agree with previous review 100%. I left Infinity Salon today with my hair looking nothing like I expected it to look and maybe even worse than it did before this haircut and balayage. My stylist obv...
I agree with previous review 100%. I left Infinity Salon today with my hair looking nothing like I expected it to look and maybe even worse than it did before this haircut and balayage. My stylist obviously didn't understand what I wanted my hair to look like even though I showed her pictures. When I got home I realized my color stayed pretty much the same and all the change effect came from cutting off few inches of lighter colored hair. I wanted a clean blunt long bob haircut and left with messy looking uneven mess that looks like I cut my own hair. Beauty treatments supposed to make you feel and look better and that's not what I got at Infinity at all.

I agree with previous review 100%. I left Infinity Salon today with my hair looking nothing like I expected it to look and maybe even worse than it did before this haircut and balayage. My stylist obviously didn't understand what I wanted my hair to look like even though I showed her pictures. Absolutely looked nothing like what I wanted. Had showed what I wanted to the stylist, and he cut my hair way too short along with "lightening" my hair, which I have done a better job at home with a box kit that was $8. Definetly never coming back again. I would have been better off with cost cutters for $8, and liked it more.

OMG I felt like I was at a friends house for a make-over party! Everyone was so friendly, relaxing and welcoming - not stuffy and off-ish like all the other spas. I have been searching for the right "beauty shop" in the Twin Cities for me since I moved here in April of 1993! It took me over 15 years but I finally found it! Infinity Salon & Spa is the place for me! Great service is SO hard to find anymore - These people are not trying to crank you out as fast as they can - they take some more time but they do it RIGHT!Infinity Salon & Spa offers so many ammenities - nails, pedicure, waxing, hair, facials & massage - everyone has GOT TO check out the message bed - it is heaven on earth!And no - I am not in any way affiliated with the owners or managers of this establishment! lolJust tell them Jerette sent you! I had lash extensions done by Abby yesterday and I thought she was great and very knowledgeable. I loved her energy. I went to get my lashes refilled because I saw the fill was $40 for a 30 minute refill online and the location was closer than the original place I go to. However, I was disappointed at the time of check out that the actual price was $50. She was kind enough to let me know I didn't have to tip her, but I am upset I had to pay $50 instead of $40 for a minimal refill when I could have paid that same price at the salon I typically go to for a full refill.

Absolutely looked nothing like what I wanted.
