I came here with my mom for the aroma exfoliate pedicure. When I walked in, I was greeted very warmly. The technician asked me which color polish I wanted and showed me the display on the wall of colors to choose from. She asked me several times if I wanted gel and I kept saying “no, no thank you.” Before I made a decision on the polish, she showed me to the back where my mom was already soaking her feet. The tech handed me a basket full of plastic nails from which to choose a color. The pedicure was great - my mom and I really enjoyed ourselves and it was a fun and relaxing experience. I was so excited until I got to the counter to pay and discovered I was being charged $12 more for gel polish when I had repeatedly refused to get the gel polish. I immediately went from feeling pleased and excited to confused and tricked. I didn’t pay a tip because that extra $12 was going to be my tip. All I could think about for the rest of the day was how tricked and disappointed I felt. This is a great establishment and they do great work, but I ask for a lot more honesty and clarity when making service purchases. Nails look good and are well done but they aren't what I asked for and Dung who did my nails seemed angry with me the entire time and was very pushy. I specifically asked for them to be very long and he continued to make them shorter and shorter then got frustrated when I asked if there was any way to make them longer. Technician was very sweet and I liked her personally. Unfortunately the pedicure I got was just okay. I got gel polish but it didn't feel like any gel I had had in the past. Maybe it wasn't cured properly. It felt sticky and pieces chipped off the same day and next day. I called to complain, the manager said to come back so she can see. I came back she agreed that the job was not done well. I requested to at least half my money back she said but she cant give me a discount. Why would I want to come back to this place???? So you can mess my nails more? And plus with the animosity and tension why would I want to risk that???Then the manager said I should I picked another color, I responded maybe you should have better quality nails! The manager was very defensive and honestly that's not how you should respond to a paying customer!If I could give this place -10 stars I will! WONDERFUL experience! Beautiful interior, fantastic nails, friendly staff! First time customer, and I will definitely be back! Aroma pedicure was a treat! Choice of aromas to complement a top-notch pedicure made it a relaxing experience. Technician was friendly and engaging. She made sure to double check my preferences for massage pressure, ticklish spots, water temperature, etc throughout the pedicure. Bowls are fully sanitized with removable liners and enhanced with changing light show beneath the water. Spent the most time enjoying a relaxing soak in water as I've ever had with a pedicure! Walk-ins welcome yet they honored my appointment time with punctuality and professionalism. Warmly greeted by receptionist. Scenes from Europes finest features are painted into the recessed ceiling in the reception area. Columns and woodwork give the salon a welcome change in typical decor. Prices are very comparable, yet the experience blows the others away. Won't find a better nail experience in Lakeville! Read Less

LOVE LOVE LOVE This place. I have never left dissatisfied with how my nails look. It is also a great CLEAN salon. It is nicely decorated and they have a great pedicure area set up. Tonight was my first experience and was impressed!! I first checked out their website and as far as an "in and out" quick nail shop they were miles above any other nail shop!!!! It explained online that they were giving you a higher end salon experience without the high end prices and THAT they did!!! It was VERY clean and the decor was great!  I was able to just walk in and get a euro pedicure which I HIGHLY recommend and also a manicure.  I will definitely be going back for my nail needs!  If I had to give a negative it is still my sadness that amongst themselves they speak their own language which I know they aren't talking about me but still feel uncomfortable not talking to them at all while they speak to each other.......
