I had a male for my manicure service. He came straight from having a smoke break. Gross. He spoke no/hardly any English so it was hard to know what was going on. He clipped my nails short when I had said no. I had gel polish. When I left I noticed that almost all of my nails were filed at an angle, and there was polish all over on my skin... I paid $38+tip, this service did NOT include any hand/arm massage. I can get much better service elsewhere for $38!

I love Dream Nails! The Owner is a sweetheart and really cares about her customers. Their pink and white nails always look wonderful and last longer than any other place! I used to break my nails for no reason, but now it never seems to happen because of the quality. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great nails at a great price!

Wow..Never again would I go this place. I stopped by on my way up to Minneapolis to get my daughters nailed filled. It was a basic design where the nails should have been painted white and the top 3/4...
Wow..Never again would I go this place. I stopped by on my way up to Minneapolis to get my daughters nailed filled. It was a basic design where the nails should have been painted white and the top 3/4 of the nail painted pink. She decided to make a short cut and paint the nail pink and try and fill the white it...I am sure my 4 yr old niece could have done a better job. It was horrible. I paid $25 for a fill and the worst design I have ever seen. I cannot believe they let my daughter walk out with her nails looking the way they did!! The picture of her nails are posted.

Pretty sure they should rename this place Nightmare Nails. I clearly didn't get Kim (the one people are raving about). My nails look like they cut jelly beans in half and glued them on. My nails are so thick and mi- shapened I am hitting 2 letters on the keyboard at a time just typing this. Also a lot of sanding down my skin... OUCH! Have total buyers remorse with this place. Only tried it because of the 5 star rating. Big mistake. Gave it 1 star because I had to. It won't allow a no star rating.

Fun times! First mani/pedi for me (48 year old guy) and my 15 year old daughter. Very friendly, made us both feel very comfortable. Daughter's nails look great, and we couldn't be happier!

I stopped here on my way traveling on i35. It was awesome! My fill was amazing with double colored powder tips. Conversation was good too!

I wouldn't go to this place is they were giving out free manicures!!! They messed up on my nails, I e-mailed them in hopes that I would be able to go in and get it fixed or get a refund. I had to e-ma...
I wouldn't go to this place is they were giving out free manicures!!! They messed up on my nails, I e-mailed them in hopes that I would be able to go in and get it fixed or get a refund. I had to e-mail that very day after my visit. A week later I got a response that they would look into it. I e-mailed them 3 times after that and finally a month after my visit I got a response and was told they needed to see my nails and since I have since gone elsewhere to get them fixed, I wasn't entitled to a refund! NEVER USE THIS NAIL SALON!!!! It's dirty, they barely speak english and they don't listen to customers.

It was the worst Mani/Pedi I've ever had. I left with nail polish smudges all over my fingers. It was awful. My 5 year old could have done a better job.The real deal breaker for me was watching one of the other employees go to "wash" his hands after finishing someone's pedicure only to NOT USE SOAP. He then proceeded to go start a different customer's manicure. Absolutely disgusting.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Be aware of spreading themselves too thin. I have been a regular customer of Dream Nails and have always received the best of service, except for today. Although I had an appointment, she rushed through my pedicure to get to the manicure customer. I sat and listened to the girl next to me talking about how she could have come back later, but they took her anyway and spread themselves too thin. My pedicure took one half the time of hers and she was a walk in. I got half of the service I usually get - with no customer appreciation shown whatsoever. I highly doubt my pedicure will last through the weekend - horrible paint job. Very sad - since I have really come to like everyone there - including the owner who did my pedicure. Dream Nails - QUIT LOOKING FOR QUANITY OF CUSTOMERS AND STICK TO THE QUALITY YOU KNOW YOU ARE WORTHY OF.

I had a male for my manicure service. He came straight from having a smoke break. Gross. He spoke no/hardly any English so it was hard to know what was going on. He clipped my nails short when I had said no. I had gel polish. When I left I noticed that almost all of my nails were filed at an angle, and there was polish all over on my skin... I love Dream Nails! The Owner is a sweetheart and really cares about her customers. Their pink and white nails always look wonderful and last longer than any other place! Wow..Never again would I go this place. I stopped by on my way up to Minneapolis to get my daughters nailed filled. It was a basic design where the nails should have been painted white and the top 3/4 of the nail painted pink. Pretty sure they should rename this place Nightmare Nails. I clearly didn't get Kim (the one people are raving about). My nails look like they cut jelly beans in half and glued them on. My nails are so thick and mi- shapened I am hitting 2 letters on the keyboard at a time just typing this. Also a lot of sanding down my skin... OUCH! Have total buyers remorse with this place. Be aware of spreading themselves too thin. I have been a regular customer of Dream Nails and have always received the best of service, except for today. Although I had an appointment, she rushed through my pedicure to get to the manicure customer.
