I like this place. The staff here are friendly, take their time to do a quality job, and speak English very well. I usually get shellac because I like the longer lasting results. For pedicure and manicure with shellac on both, it was $70 (I think $35 for no shellac). They have the typical fancy massage chairs to sit in and a great variety of colors. I got my nails done here for the first time today. Everyone was very nice and attentive. My friend and I got seated right away. I asked for acrylic full set. The nail technician started doing my nails. Two other ladies walked in about 20 minutes into my service. The nail technician rushed to finish up the acrylic part. I went to wash my hands and when I came back my jacket had been moved to a different chair and a lady told me to sit there and she began painting my nails. When she finished I notice all these bumps of acrylic you could feel and visibly tell on most of the nails. They were tick and goopy. The lady rushed me to pay $40 instead of the $26 on the board! I didn't Argue. I paid and tipped. I usually don't complain. My friend was not finished, so I waited. The lady who did her nails did an awesome job! I even got the courage to honest the terrible job. You could see by her expression that it was a horrible job. She tried her best to fix my nails without removing them. Honestly I think my person just rushed and did a terrible job. That's fine but they should recognize their mistakes. Specially since there was 2 people who worked on my nails before I even complaiened. They should have integrity in their work! I would have ranked it with four stars had the TV not been blaring the entire time I was there. I want to go to a nail salon to relax, not listen to the audience screaming in The Price is Right. I got my nails and toes done for the first time. I decided to go with GEL because it's supposed to last weeks. It's day 4 ... one of my fingers and one of my toes are starting to peel. I paid $74.00 bucks which didn't bother me because it's supposed to last but it's not so now I feel like I was cheated out of money. I feel like it was rushed to get done to help other people and wasn't dried right. There are lumps and uneven surfaces on my nails. I won't be going back here. Read Less

I made an appt and as usual I am expected to wait....she tells me 5 minutes but after 10 minutes I see clearly it WILL be about 30 minutes. I make an appt for a reason and they do NOT honor that. This is the first time I've gone here. I went in 30 minutes before closing and they got me in for a gel manicure. Rose did an amazing job and even stayed 30 minutes late while taking her time to make my nails look really nice and complete the manicure! Very poor in respect for customer. I had to come back 4x in a row for broke nails due to staff making acrylic to thin. I have long nails yes I pay the difference yes I should not have to tell you how thick the acrylic should be. Very unsatisfied. . They told me it was my fault. I have been in customer service for over 20 yrs. The customer is always right. Sad sad sad I will not be back. Previously got fungus from pedicure. Think twice before coming here.
