Went here a total of 3 times since September.. nice at first but last time I stopped in for a fill and a fix a younger tech had an obvious attitude after the manager asked her to tend to me (always has a sh*tty face and attitude towards me when I come into the shop.. not sure why but I wasn't going to give HER my money anyway) so I ended up with an older lady at the back corner station. She had a lot of trouble removing the broken piece of acrylic from my nail.. filed the new nail tip until she cut my finger and also managed to make my cuticles bleed on 4 other fingers. My nails were not shaped properly and were very uneven.. throbbing in pain for days after this visit. I'm always willing to support small Asian owned businesses and I'm not a rude or difficult customer.. but I will no longer be bringing my business back to Majestic. PLEASE DO BETTER! Read Less

I went in for a manicure and left with pedi, mani, and eyebrow waxing.The women was very nice and upsold some items.Things I wasn't happy with: My cuticles from my mani are more damaged than when I went in. I believe this has to do with using the mini sander on them.I didn't intend to get my eyebrows waxed but the employee had convinced me. I came in with nice thick eyebrows and left with thin lined eyebrows. I recommend the shop ask people what they prefer before waxing immediately. I would have been happy to mention it but made the mistake of assuming the employees would wax like every other salon I have gone to. Read Less

A friend and I went here on New Years Day, only place open.  When asked what kind of pedicure we wanted, we both said, regular.  We were then handed a menu and told we need more than regular and to choose one.  This menu had prices of $40 and up.  I then asked if there was just a regular pedicure.  The woman then pointed to a large sign on the wall saying Luxury Pedicure for $35.  I asked again, if that was the regular option, because it seemed expensive.  She was insisting this is what we wanted.  My friend then read the menu board signon the wall that offered a REGULAR pedicure for $25.  We told the them that was what we wanted.  We were given our pedicures which were decent but not great.  At the drying station, the owner I believe came over to collect from us.  We both put out $25 plus a $5 tip.  She then told us we received the Luxury pedicure and needed to pay $35!!  I told her that was crazy because we asked no less than 4 times for regular.  She insisted we pay $35.  Never again will I return there.  If you do go there I would pay upfront. I have always had problems with my nails coming off or chipping. Gel doesn't stay on my nail beds for some reason. This is the only place that I have ever been to where my nails stay on and don't chip. They give you bottle water, a lotion rub on your hands and great prices. I'll never go anywhere else. Read Less

Waste of time. Would give zero stars if possible. I broke a nail and needed a pink and white acrylic nail replaced. I was directed to sit at a manicure table. Three employees were lounging around on their phones and no clients were inside. I always associated the word "spa" with tranquility, relaxation, and/or "me-time" but this place was quite the opposite. Maybe it was just a fluke day but for a first timer but I can say that I won't be back. The only reason it got 2 stars was because the pedicure was decent. The moment I walked in they kindly asked what I needed but kept asking if I wanted to add on more things. It bothered me how often she kept asking me for an upgrade. No means no.I don't know if they had a family reunion in town but they had a bunch of their friends/family come in to sit around the patrons while talking and laughing loudly. Quite frankly, it was disturbing the peace. It obviously bothered the girl next to me getting a pedicure when they started loudly asking her questions when she was trying to mind her own business. Gosh. I really want to like this place, but it really depends on the technician you get. I got the older woman and it took 2 and half hours to give me gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. You might think, don't you want someone to take time with your nails. Yes, of course... but 2 1/2 hours! They closed at 7 PM, I was there after they closed until 8. The nail tech was nice,  but my time is worth something. I just don't understand, how slow you can go when you make money by having quick turnaround times. I've been here 3 times. I have been to this Salon about 15 times ... Excellent every time. The owner is absolutely friendly and pays attention to detail. The have HSN on TV which I cool. They are clean and they'd I not engage in negativity. They are respectful and caring. They create a dynamic of loyalty and big time kindness, expertise, politeness and caring. Read Less

This was by far the worst service I have had in the twin city area for a mani pedi. I thought I would try this out since it was close to my house, but I will be making my 20 minute drive now to my old place. It took the lady less than 30 minutes to do both a mani and pedi. This really nice salon just opened a little more than a month ago. I was a walk-in and they took care of me right away. I didn't have to wait.With a service, they offer you water or soda complementary. The ladies are very kind and gentle with your nails. I will be coming back. I think I found a home for my nails. Since I began getting my nails done regularly (gel fill, now with UV gel polish), I have had to regularly switch salons due to finding that the service and quality of the salons decrease rapidly the longer that I am a client. Salons have a tendency to just fly through my nails so they can get on to the next client as quickly as possible. Within a week, the gel would start peeling off of my nail, or the polish would chip. In theory, UV gel is supposed to last at least two weeks.So when I saw Majestic Nails was opening, I decided I might as well give it a try. I stopped by one morning and saw they were running a 20% grand opening promotion. As it was early and the place was recently opened, the manicurist began working on my nails right away. All of the equipment is new and clean. The inside of the salon is the nicest of any I've every seen. As she did my nails, the manicurist was very meticulous with her work and now, one week later, no peeling, except in the old areas from previous work. I plan to keep going back to this new salon. Even without the grand opening discount, the prices are better than other local salons.Note: I went back for a second fill and another manicurist did my nails with a design on the ring fingers.
