Dusty and dirty. Attitudes aren't very good here. They don't treat their customers with much respect. At least not if the customer isn't satisfied! I'll never go back because the place isn't clean. Busy day on Saturday but they always seem to have someone doing something for you. Lynn is amazing and has a great attitude so up beat with all the chaos that was going on that day and all the people that kept coming in, You have to love her. The place a has a large variety of nails, colors and treatments. I use to get my nails done and they were always to thick, these are not at all. I love them and will definitely be going back. We called to make an appt because Yelp reviews looked good.. We were rushed and given only a bare minimum attention and lousy service..others that came after us were seen first.. it might be homecoming weekend but as new customers we were treated rudely,  a gel nail manicure my daughter-in/law got was finished in 10 mins.. no consideration  on taking off rings before applying lotion.. the pedi was worse I have ever had.. I've been here twice now... The first time I got a pedicure and it was AMAZING! Today I got the WORST manicure I've EVER had! The girl that did my nails didn't soak my hands or my cut cuticles, she just started clipping and filing a way!! She used the Dremel to file my nails to the point of hurting and dug her nails into my fingers while turning them. She finished it off by rubbing on some lotion while yanking on my arm and fingers. In the end, my pink and white nails are uneven, very thick, and extremely square. Very disappointed!!! Hopefully I can fix them myself. Read Less

My sister lives in Forest Lake and comes here often with her friend and I'm so glad I tagged along! Make an appointment, as they were really busy on the Tuesday night we went and the gal who did my nails, Sophie, said that was pretty normal. I just got my nails done here. The lady was very nice and the price was fine. But as I'm in the car 3 of my nails are crooked they're all shaped weird and all of the lengths are different, I love the color of my nails but they were poorly done. Very rushed. Like any typical salon they offer a handful of services, something new they have is the magnetic nail polish which is pretty cool looking. Stopped in with a friend yesterday morning and got taken care of right away. I got a basic pedicure and my friend got a gel manicure with the polish that changes colors with temperature. Service was fast. The girl who did my feet did not want to talk, and then left halfway through to help someone else, then I had someone else come over and finish my pedicure. She did a fantastic job with massaging my feet and calves tho, probably the best part of all of it. I got a turquoise color with little rhinestones at the base of my big toe nail. The overall look so far seems decent. My biggest complaint is that they didn't really get any of the rough calluses off which is one of the most important parts I think. I paid $30 total. Read Less

Will not be returning.. The customer service wasn't horrible but the pricing is far too high for the quality of work! It was not busy at all when I was there yet the nail tech proceeded to rush her work and the outcome and final appearance definitely reflects this! When I asked the woman to fix a small but obvious mistake, she seemed to become frustrated with my request. When u get your nails done, u should never have to fix them when u get home.. I've been to this salon twice and so far not impressed. I spent 50 dollars on a full gel set along with a gel polish. I didn't mind paying the high price hoping that it'd be a nice manicure. Well not even two weeks after I got them done, I had 3 of my nails pop off! So I went back hoping that they would redeem themselves and fix the problem. Well the lady told me I needed to get a whole new set. So she popped off the rest of my nails and charged me another 50 dollars! This time I enjoyed my experience, the woman made conversation with me and even suggested a cute design that got lots of compliments on. I made an appointment after work and when I got there I had to wait for about 20 minutes. Once I got started, I got passed from one girl to another because the first girl that I started with had an appointment come in, as did I make an appointment but was treated unimportant. The second girl that finished my nails, made me feel rushed, once she sat me down to dry she sprayed the enamel stuff in my nails cause little bubbles to dry on my nails because the nail polish was so thick. They did an awful job on my pedicure, so bad I considered going somewhere else to have it redone if I would've had the time that day. I got the deluxe pedicure and still walked away with callused feet and cuticles that were barely clipped. I've gotten manicures and gel nail here before and that went ok, although I don't know why they need to grind on the gel to remove it, most places just soak it off. I find the sanding to be painful and damaging to my natural nail. So overall, after having been to PT nails at least 4 times now and not being very satisfied I can honestly say I'll never return.
