Like so many others, I had the Groupon for a $15 gel mani. For the price, I was pretty happy with the experience, but if I had paid the usual price of $45, I wouldn't have been. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: She is located in the strip mall containing Caribou Coffee and Chipotle. Once you get to the strip mall, you have to go inside Phenix Salon Suites and go to Suite 129. I had the WORST time finding it, you guys. When I did find her studio, the first impression wasn't a great one. She seemed stressed and exasperated, and as soon as she saw me standing in the hallway, she somewhat rudely started telling me "I'm having problems with my schedule, so I just need a minute to figure things out, okay? Just give me a MINUTE, that's all I need. Just wait." She told me that a couple times as I stood dumbstruck in the hallway. It turns out she had been having problems with her tablet not saving her appointments in the calendar, and she had double-booked. I have to say I felt sorry for her having so many technical difficulties beyond her control. I would have been stressed too. I just wasn't super thrilled to be greeted that way. When all that was figured out, she started the manicure and was friendly enough. She recommended cuticle oil or vitamin e oil to help with my dry, brittle nails (she sells some there, too). She was very quick - I felt like I was getting an express mani.I'm pretty happy with the way my nails look, although they are a bit shorter than I would have hoped. I still have another Groupon for Kimberly, and I would like to get almond-shaped nails next time. Unlike some salons, Kimberly does not upcharge for the almond shape.Kimberly books out pretty far and it's difficult to reach her. I got her voicemail so many times before finally being able to set something up. I also wasn't able to get an appointment in time for a formal event I had, so I had to go to someone else for that. If you're getting your nails done for an event, make sure to set up the appointment several weeks in advance so you can get in! Read Less
