I had a really great experience at Nails of Eden! I did a gel manicure and regular pedicure and both turned out great! Gel mani has lasted 5 days so far with no chips or any problems! Totally worth the extra cost. The salon is well kept and massage chairs are always a nice touch! The staff was also very sociable and kind. I received a great leg/arm massage while my nails were drying. I will be back!

I have gone here a couple times and it's just super inconsistent every time. This time I went at 38 weeks pregnant ready to relax and enjoy and treat myself to the more expensive manicure and pedicure...
I have gone here a couple times and it's just super inconsistent every time. This time I went at 38 weeks pregnant ready to relax and enjoy and treat myself to the more expensive manicure and pedicure. I had 3 different people work on my "signature manicure" they left product residue around my cuticles which dried around my nails and it was super rushed when each person came to finish what the last one started. I wanted the "signature pedicure" which is more expensive and has more steps in the process. I never got the callus remover which is part of that pedicure (and the main reason I get pedicures) he didn't clean around my nail beds and he never even put lotion on my legs afterwords (plus the massage was superrr short) It was rushed and sloppy and he didn't even put a top coat on so after 30 min of drying my entire big toe had all the polish smudged off. According to their service menu it should of came to $70 but at the end I was told it was $72? They make up their own prices and everytime I go it's a different price?! It's hard to find good consistent nail techs in this city and I won't be going back to waste anymore money!

My wife and I come here all the time. Always amazing and friendly service. They do great work and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Highly recommend!

The Nail Tech cut me. Ok... it happens, it shouldn't but if it does you should acknowledge it which she didn't until i said something. She then brushed it off that oh, it's just a little cut. She then puts 4 coats of polish on my nails and sends me to dry. I look at my feet while drying and the blood from my cut has bled into my polish. She tries to clean it up with a cottonball and asks do you want me to repolish it.... YESSSSSSS!!! I asked for the manager but they never came. Polish on my toes is MESSY and all over the place. They weren't that busy to have rushed like that. Extremely dissatisfied!

Not only did they have free WiFi and water! They did so great on my nails. Ibe neber been so impressed .I gor here at 5pm got in right away quite busy but fitting every one in. It disnr wven take an hour to do a full set with design . Isually I will get nicked and bored but manicurest was great .Kept mw busy and talking . asked how i was before none of my past places even reallu bothered . I will forever request this place to people . And see u in a few weeks!

Rude employees that didn’t speak English, they sat and had conversations with each other and didn’t say anything to me. Manicure was ok but with the bad customer service, I won’t go back.

Honestly I will probably never visit this place again unless I have no other option. I know some people loves it but personally I don't think their things are sanitized enough. The tray that they use to carry nail clippers and nail tools is never cleaned. They also don't sanitize or even wash the tools they use to clip off the dead skin around your nail/ the tool that they use to push back your cuticles. Also, the towels are not cleaned properly. The sink is kind of dirty and the towel by the sink is all wet and everything. The girl who was doing my nails was also rushing and accidentally gave me a cut using the tool that's supposed to cut of the dead skin around you nails. She also did a horrible job at painting as she gave me a very thick and uneven layer of gel manicure. I personally would never visit it again and if I could I wouldn't be giving this any star.

I came here for a gel manicure last week and it was a great experience. All of the staff were very kind. They let me take my time deciding on a color and never tried to pressure me into additional services. My nails look great and are holding up very well! I will definitely be back! Their website has great descriptions of the services as well.

The only reason I'm not giving them one star is because my pedicure was decent. I came in to get my nails done for prom because a lot of my friends recommended the place. Like I said the pedicure was decent, she was nice. I told her I was also looking to get acrylics done and she told me to go wait while my toes dried. I end up waiting half an hour and they offered me a manicure not acrylics. I restated that I was in for acrylic nails and cleared up the miscommunication. Right away my nail tech was very rude and kept trying to get me to do gel nails when that wasn't what I wanted. My nails were very uneven in shape and length. she kept pulling at my hand and fingers. I told her I was in a time crunch and she said she'd be done in time but instead made me very late. On top of that there was a child running around the salon and at one point the nail techs had to chase after him because he had ran into the street. I am never coming back and I will be sure to let everyone know that this place offers such poor service.

I like this nails salon a lot!! The shape of my nails was perfect! Very well shaped! Nice people everyone was talented!! Very clean place! Also smell really nice as well! Highly recommend

I had a really great experience at Nails of Eden! I did a gel manicure and regular pedicure and both turned out great! Gel mani has lasted 5 days so far with no chips or any problems! Totally worth the extra cost. The salon is well kept and massage chairs are always a nice touch! The staff was also very sociable and kind. I received a great leg/arm massage while my nails were drying. I will be back!
