So bad. I called saying I need my nails done for my wedding!! So obviously want someone good. Got a guy who was super unfriendly with no eye for what looks good!!! Ugh I had to say a couple times what I wanted and he still couldn't do it. And had to ask for him to put more coats of polish on because it was all patchy!!! Ugh this is for my wedding. I am a 28 yr old straight male and 3 other of my buddies went in tonight for a little TLC before his wedding tomorrow night.... I got the deluxe pedi with the added aloe jello treatment , freakin amazing!!! After , all the chairs were full so I got to stay in my massage chair for my mani... I got a gel manicure and the technician (Sue) was distracted during my entire appointment. When trimming my cuticals she deeply cut the corners of my thumbs. Today is the day after and they are painful and the skin is shredded. I'll never go back, she was rude and condescending. Read Less

I have been going to Signature Nails for a few months for manicures and pedicures. I like my technician and love the quality of her work but most recently after a pedicure I developed afungus infection on one foot spread over my entire body. Three doctors appointments, three prescriptions, and three weeks later I amstill suffering the consequences from the pedicure gone wrong!  The tub was not properly lined with a sanitary disposable tub liner nor does the salon properly sanitize its equipment. I have learned my lesson and will ask before I make an appointment regarding my next nail salon's sanitizing procedures. Read Less

Have tried this place twice since we moved to the neighborhood- first time was promising, I got the "Deluxe" with massage, but the polish started chipping after two days.  Second time ( because thought i should give it a second try) I had a male do my pedicure and he was AWFUL, and start to finish: 25 minutes!  Most disturbing though was the intense chemical smell that made it difficult to breathe! READ IN FULL! I have been getting my nails done for years. My nails would always lift and last about a week. I was spending so much money on getting them done so often and always having to get them fixed. I was told about this shop by one of my customers and have never went anywhere else since. This is hands down the best place I have ever been to. They take their time, they care about your nails, they care about what you want and they are friendly and fun! This shop is very clean. My first time there I actually commented on someone cleaning because I had never seen it done before in the many other shops I have been to. There was one time that I was disappointed with my service and that was because I had to see someone I hadn't seen before because my girl Nina was out, but he no longer works there anymore. I go to signature nails every few weeks and usually do not have any issues. However, today I did. The man doing my nails (I believe his name is ranphy) made my cuticles bleed while he was cutting them. Instead of grabbing a paper towel or something clean, he wiped the blood off onto the towel that was on the table. When he told me they were out of my usual color that I get, he handed me the box of colors to choose from - he had already painted the base coat on my nails so I had to look through them with wet nails. When I told him I decided on a color, he sat texting on his phone and didn't even acknowledge that I was talking to him (he did this more than once). He also told me no when I asked for 3 coats. I always ask for 3 coats, no one ever says no, they always give what the costumer asks for. He could tell I was getting frustrated at this point - which he decided to point out - how disrespectful. He was also coughing on his hands and even burped while having his face close to my hands. Disgusting. Even worse, he put Neosporin on a cut on his hand then grabbed my hands to put lotion on them. No thanks. I told him I didn't want any lotion, which then he responded with "you just want to leave don't you?" I have never dealt with someone so rude while getting my nails done. When I asked how much a full set was there had to be a conversation (not in English) before I could get a price. Can't help but feel like they just gave me any price to see if I would pay it! It is a typical nail salon, but what I didn't appreciate was how condescending and rude the technicians were. At first, I had three technicians come up to me asking what I was getting done. After saying mani and pedi three times, the woman brought me over. After she was talking with another technician, she asked, "you're getting just a manicure, right?" After saying no, she scoffed and said, "I asked you what you wanted and you said just a manicure". Then, after the pedicure, as I was getting my manicure by another technician, my toenail polish got bumped. The technician said, " I already put the color away" and acted like it was a huge inconvenience even though she was giving herself a pedicure at the time. The other technician also nicked my finger as she was cutting my cuticle and then said, "you need to scoot in closer, you're hurting my back". I wouldn't recommend this salon due to the technicians. I've tried so many nails salons, both expensive and cheap. Signature Nails is the only salon I've ever been a repeat customer and the only place I'll go from now on. They do beautiful nails and you can tell they actually care about how you like them. They don't make you feel uncomfortable like some places and are clean and courteous. Check the place out! The shop itself is quite charming, with an atmosphere that is bound to make you feel pampered and beautiful. The staff are friendly and family owned, and they all work together to give you the prettiest nails you could ever wish for!
