I went To Rosa for the first time yesterday for a pedi but I won't go back.  I wanted to get a longer massage so I upgraded and I wanted to get a design on my big toe. My first time was a breeze but this time Kim (owner) wasn't there and someone else did my nails not sure who. I am pleased with the colors I picked out but when I originally called for pricing they told me a different price then what I was charged. I was charged $10 more then what I was originally told. Little disappointed in that along with the coffin shape nails I wanted didn't turn out as good as I thought, as if the nail tech didn't know how to do coffin nail shape. I tried explaining that they were uneven but she didn't seem to understand what I was saying. First time doing dip powder nails as I had heard a lot of good things about dipping powder but this wasn't what I was expecting. Took longer then the way I usually get my nails done and the nails feel flimsy as if the nail is going to break off. First and last time dipping.Hope this helps you all. Read Less

I love this place! Iv been going here since I was 10. The amount of nail polish to choose from is overwhelming! There is also a lot of selection for gel polishes. I love all the ladies here. Everybody is very friendly. Totally recommend! Read Less

My wife and I have been going here for a few years now. I like the pedicure and she gets the manicure and pedicures. The staff there have always been courteous, friendly and professional! They remember us every time we come in and always take good care of us. They have a very steady string of business, which tells me that others are getting great service as well. Yesterday my friend and I went here to get pedicures and manicures. She was getting them done for her wedding and I just wanted something fun done. We made our appointment for 4:00 and they were super nice about us being a little late. My friend wanted a light Sandy color for her toenails and a glittery color on top to accent it. The color she chose didn't show, it looked clear and told the lady doing her nails, but she didn't listen and just kept finishing. Plus it was a sloppy job and it seemed like the girl was very inexperienced. My friend also told her not to scrub her legs and do the lotion thing because she got a wax, but the girl kept going. After my friend complained about her toes-i mean she wanted them done for her destination wedding, they were going to fix them, but it was an hour and a half later and we couldn't spend more time there. They kept letting more people ahead of her. They were regulars or apparently had appointments, i guess, but we have been to many nail places before that don't take this long. When I went to go pay, the lady made me pay for the pedicure that was done horribly and a chair fee -i told her the situation and she made me pay. She also demanded a tip which i usually give, but in this situation, i just couldn't. We already got charged a fortune. When I got home that night, I noticed that my nails were light pink, when the color was supposed to be light purple and she told me something about a chair fee and it left 4 bruises on my back. I'm from Cali, so I was a bit nervous to get my nails done somewhere I've never been to. Finally, i decided to come to this place because of the good reviews that it had.. & I was extremely satisfied. :) Rosa was very friendly and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted as she did my nails. They were very nice, professional and attentive to me and my mom, I flew into town for a wedding and me and her needed both mani pedis with gel, and it took about an hour and a half for both of us-pretty efficient! They even stayed open for us past when they were supposed to close-very considerate. Because I chose a pale yellow color she took extra time to give a thicker coat to make the color even. Loved it here! Got my nails done somewhere else and they were okay, not great. Within a week my polish needed changing and my pinkie nail broke off. I went to Rosa Nails because I live so close and needed that pinkie nail replaced ASAP. Not only did they fix the pinkie nail and replace my polish, the nail tech went through and filed my nails, shaped them nicely and trimmed my left over cuticles that the last place didn't bother removing. Decided to give this salon a try after looking through their Yelp reviews, now that my usual salon has closed down. The atmosphere of the salon is very calm and relaxing. They didn't have a television playing loudly, which was a nice change of pace. Instead they had relaxing music playing. The decor is nicely done. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and it cost me $35-- not bad for how well Hannah did. My friend joined me here and got a French gel manicure and hers looks so nice!!! Since I moved to the area two years ago, I've tried several salons. Once I found Rosa Nails, I've been a regular. They are always very friendly and try to make sure you are satisfied when you leave. Only thing I wish were better is the decor. The salon could use some freshening up to feel a bit more spa like. But I've heard they are moving to a larger space in the same area very soon. Rosa is awesome! My family and I have been going to her to get our nails done for about 5 years. Her and her staff are very professional and friendly, everything is very clean and she does a great job! I usually get a gel pedicure and it always looks great and lasts forever.
