Horrible and over priced 50$ for a full set. Nails are so short an crooked.I would never go back. Sara did my nails she knew damn well how bad they looked an didn't ask to fix it. On top of the pain of her filing my nails an making my skin bleed from the tools she was using. This was one of the worst I have been to. Only tried it out cause my mom had a certificate. Her lady was slow 1hour an 40 min for her feet an hands which was just need to be painted😂 wish I could upload a photo of my nails for people to see. Read Less

Every time I go In to this salon they ask do I have an appointment. I've never made appointments for these kind of salons. And I've been turned away three times! They are a little sassy at times. The work on my nails was awesome but I'm not sure I can deal with the talking about me in another language, you can just tell sometimes, and the sassy managers. Just my experience. Read Less

I have been here a few times and they always charge me more than the price listed.  I asked for a mani pedi and was told sure.  After they started my pedicure, I was told they didn't have time to do my nails.   Then when they finished my pedicure, I was told they could do my nails.  I  sat down and they wrap my nails and left me to do someone else's pedicure.   I finally told them to just finish taking off the polish.  I was then charged 40.  A pedicure is 25 and a polish removal is 5.  What a rip off.  Now I have to go elsewhere for a mani. Made an appt for a 1 hour luxury pedicure - instead I got a 25 minute pedicure and got to watch the lady to me enjoy the pedicure I was to have.  Not once did the lady doing my nails ask me what kind of pedicure or confirm what she was suppose to be doing.  In fact I'm pretty sure I got cut short because a lady came in so I was rushed out.    Not overly impressed at all probably won't be back! ABSOLUTE CRAP! The service is horrible. It's ALMOST as bad as going into the DMV. The girls are crabby and don't talk to you. I asked for a fill w/ gel polish and my polish is already chipping off...THIS WAS 4 DAYS AGO!! I also asked for a dark purple and instead of telling me they ran out and asking if I want to choose a different color they just picked out a purple.... I refuse to go back there. Read Less

My Gel Manicure took 2 hours to complete . . this is usually a 30-45 minute process.  They put so many coats of polish and finishing coats on that all the gel peeled off my nails in less than a week.  I have never had this happen at other places, a gel manicure tends to last 3-4 weeks.  I also witnessed a lady wait 45 minutes past her appt time.  Horrible Customer Service!
