I thought I found my nail place. I was wrong. After multiple visits, about 8, only twice has it been adequate. Multiple ussues......but I always give folks chances to make things right....but this business has lost me and my girls for good. I request to have Almond Shape nails everytime....but the females just don't know how or they don't care and I always end up with oval. The service price changes all the time. If I get gel polish he doesn't charge to have a little silver on my tips. Today for the first time I wanted regular polish in case I had to fix the shape and regular polish would be easier to change. So instead of paying $20 with tip..he asked for $30...so I questioned him. He charge me an additional $5 for silver on my tips (60 seconds worth) and another $5 for changing my shape back to Almond after they screwed up last time. I said I'm paying additional for your staffs mistake last time? FYI he charged $15 extra just for Gel polish....no one else charges this much because it's not worth that. In Fargo it's $5 to $7. No one needs gel if you have artificial nails it's just a convince of time. I suggest placing prices of all thier extras for all to see so theres no shocks. Last time I got a pedicure i was over charged too by $5 because I had 2 normal colors put on toes, nothing fancy just pink then big silver. Besides she cut part of my little toe skin on top by nail, which I was BLEEDING for about 3 minutes and she put her glue on twice. In February a elderly woman was making my fingers burn while using tool, then she used too much acrylic and it flowed into my nail bed....what God awful pain and the gentelman had to fix it...there were only two fingures where I wasn't in pain. So if you try them...suggestion ask full price before you sit down and find out if the person really understands what your asking for by repeating it to you...not just saying "okay" or "yes, no problem". Horrible! I called and made an appointment for 2 pedicures. We showed up 5 minutes early to pick out polish however 25 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start we were still waiting. No one said anything to us, we just sat there waiting. No one would let us know how much longer, so we got up and left. Read Less

Marvelous Nails and the Nail Bar (Nail bar was Pro Nails-same owners) are sloppy and the staff is very rude. I was really taken back with how unprofessional the owner is/was. Yuck. I'm so disappointed and will probably take my business to Fargo going forward. :( Read Less

Staff at there old locations was much better. My pedicure at there new location took maybe 25 minutes. Was absolutely awful. Left SO much dead skin still on my heel. Polish job was awful. Made me bleed when cutting my nails. Was terrible. Not even close to worth the $30 I paid. Read Less

I went to Pro Nails for the first time ever today, and couldn't be more pleased with the results! The prices are very reasonable and the staff is excellent! My usual spot is Marvelous Nails, but the results were much nearer at Pro Nails, and the price was far better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and this will now be my usual spot!
