Don't bother with this place on busy days. We booked an appointment and still had to wait over an hour to receive our pedicures - MAJOR problems with overbooking. My cousin (9 yrs old) was completely forgotten about for another hour. She was set up in a pedicure chair and never attended to- the owner/manager claimed he forgot she was getting one but she was in one of the massage chairs reserved for people getting pedicures. I then went to get acrylic fills (waited another half hour for these... remember, had appointment!) And the owner/manager attended to these. He regularly got up to get phone calls, bark orders at other employees, and even started to do another woman's nails while attending to mine. Due to these distractions, my polish was uneven and he did not do a gel coat like I requested (probably didn't want to spend more time on me!) Only reason I gave two stars is because the employees seemed sweet and were definitely working very hard and taking their time to please their customers. SO... if you do plan try to go here, only go when there is hopefully not very many other customers, and hope to God you don't get the owner/manager! Read Less

My sister in law and I had an unpleasant experience here. We both got pedicures. The guy who did mine scrubbed my feet so hard they started bleeding. I was in pain the rest of the day and the following day because of how much skin he took off both of my heels. I had to ask him for a bandaid, and wasn't very apologetic when he saw how badly he cut my feet up. The guy who did my sister in law's did not do a good job on the paint. Drove 1.5 hour to have a pedicure and nails for myself and two daughters. Waited 45 minutes before they could get to us. We were rushed through with horrible pedicures. Needless to say we cancelled our nail appt and getting the heck out this zoo! No excuses about being short staff....quit overbooking! Read Less

My daughter and I went here one day after work. We were not able to get there until 6:30 and they closed at 7. They didn't make us feel bad at all and worked so well as a team to take care of me and my daughter. Very friendly staff and my nails are gorgeous! I am so excited for them to come to Wadena! Andy is absolutely the best. He did a killer set of acrylics on me and was super helpful to everyone else who walked in the door. I called the other two places in town and they had a 3 hour wait roughly for a fill. Andy said sure, come on in now. No one else was turned away during the hour I was there. I'll definitely be back. A group of 3 of us went in while on vacation. All of is had a horrible experience! The water was scalding hot then when we told them it was to hot they made it frigid cold! The scrub tgat they put on the legs was massaged in making the git scratch our legs and hurt while turning our skin red!!! Then no lotion was put on our feet nor was any other massage given. Our feet were just as dry and cracked as when we went in. All of us had nail polish on our skin from how messy they were. It is what it is, unfortunately. These types of salons pop up in every strip mall across the nation, and even though ours is a small community we've got 3. I've accepted the fact that I'll never understand the conversations that take place between staff, but I still get uncomfortable at the laughing and snickering that I can't help but wonder is about me (or my funky toes). I'm done though; after yesterday's appointment (fiasco). So here's the facts:It's absolutely filthy. I don't think it's been cleaned since it opened and the layers of dust were thick. Open bottles of polish, full garbages everywhere, clutter and disarray. The one tech dug through a 'junk drawer' several times to find a file that had been heaven knows where.  Deapite the fact that I had an appointment, I was shuffled between manicure tables 3 times and had 2 different techs with numerous interruptions while they attended to others. They spent most of the appointment chattering and laughing amidst themselves with little regard for the task in front of them, I ended up not completing the nail service. I had them put a clear coat on and told them  I would finish at home myself. So, 30 minutes and $20 later (and he even asked if I wanted to add a tip!) I was out the door (and not fast enough). I will never go back.Save your time, and money. Buy a gel nail kit and do it yourself. Spend your money on a massage by a licensed therapist, you'll be healthier and happier. Read Less

I've been going here for years & have always gotten the best gel & acrylic nails with professional service! Andy always makes me feel welcome & is friendly & offers the best service! I got my nails done here two weeks ago for my best friends wedding about a four days out looked like I needed a fill after I told the guy multiple times the wedding was in two weeks and still didn't get them close enough to my cuticle.... All 4 of use have had problems from gel polish chipping and all of our nails broke doing easy things around the house.... We made appointments to have them fixed and we needed to make an appointment for another girl who broke her nail at midnight last night the owner was very rude and told us he was completely booked (this was a half hour prior to her being there) it's very clear he wasn't willing to take 10 minutes to fix their mistake....
