Made an appt for 2 pedicures at 2 on a Sunday. Got there at 2 and they acted like they didn’t know we were coming even though it was written in the book. Told us it’d be 15 mins. We waited 25 and were seated. They completely finished one of us before even touching the other. The second pedicure was rushed and done intermittently between like 4 other customers who didn’t have appts and arrived well after us. Visiting from out of town but would not recommend or return. Appointments should certainly take precedent.

Locally owed friendly people work here. The owner and his wife are sweet people and I've had good service for both my gel pedicures and manicures.

What an awful place to get your nails my daughter and I needed a fill and didn't have time to go to our regular place so we stopped here and what a mistake that was. I had 2 nails that needed to be fixed and instead if taking the broken nails off he put acrylic over it and it looks like a 3yr old did it. They are bumpy and uneven and crooked and when I tried to explain what was wrong he acted like he didn't understand I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I went to get my nails done and my experience was not ideal, when she filed my nails it felt like she was trying to rip them off. I couldn't ask her to do it differently because she never understood me. The nails have bubbles and marks because she rushed it. She also had to keep re-doing my nails since she kept bumping them. When she told me to do something she had to repeat it about 5 times before I could get an idea of what she was saying. Don't recommend it.

Was in town for WE FEST and wanted to get my nails done. The sign said they do nails for $30 and that if you paid in cash, it would be 10% off, so I decided to go with that. I always get gel polish wh...
Was in town for WE FEST and wanted to get my nails done. The sign said they do nails for $30 and that if you paid in cash, it would be 10% off, so I decided to go with that. I always get gel polish when I go to any nail Solon and it's ALWAYS $5 more. My total was $45 because apparently gel polish is an extra $15 here, which is absolutely ridiculous. Two of my nails are crooked, there is red nail polish on literally every single finger, every single nail has a speed bump on the end of it, because the nail polish is in globs on the end, my nails are shorter than I wanted them to be and two of my nails were filed inward rather than straight. It looks like a child did my nails. And to top it off, the lady spoke virtually no English and couldn't understand ANYTHING I was saying. I'm very upset that I wasted that much money on something so crappy.
** update: I called the Solon to talk to an owner or manager of some kind and the girl who did my nails picked up and said "no. Not here. Sorry," and hung up.

Dissaponted as price we were quoted over the phone was considibrally lower then when we arrived. Staff did not honour lower price. The service was rushed and overbooked.

I went to get my nails done and my experience was not ideal, when she filed my nails it felt like she was trying to rip them off. I couldn't ask her to do it differently because she never understood me. The nails have bubbles and marks because she rushed it. She also had to keep re-doing my nails since she kept bumping them.
