I love this nail salon. The staff are always really friendly and amazing at what they do. I will keep going back. Appointments are almost necessary as they are in high demand and busy a lot of the week. Great quality, meticulously clean spaces and tools, beautiful salon decor. Great environment with great people. Not sure what you want to do? Ask! They have a wealth of knowledge and can guide you. My favorite so far is the acrylic dip and the jelly pedicure. A must do!!

I use to go here with my daughter for a couple years. We always get acrylic nails done. We made an appointment a week in advance to get our nails off and a new set put on. We showed up before our 1pm ...
I use to go here with my daughter for a couple years. We always get acrylic nails done. We made an appointment a week in advance to get our nails off and a new set put on. We showed up before our 1pm appointment and was told to pick out our colors. They weren't overly busy. 45 minutes later they had my daughter sit at a chair and 5 minutes later I sat next to her. They wrapped her nails up and put baggies on her hand, which was unfamiliar to me. Then I was helped. Told them what I wanted, then the young man with blonde tips freaked out and said our appointment was just for manicures. Never in my life had I ever had a manicure. It was specifically told on the phone that we needed 2 nails off and new ones put on cuz we couldn't get another refill and 3 of my daughters fell off. He then continued to yell at us saying there's no time. Even though we were there for our 1pm appointment and now it was 2pm. I stepped outside and called PT nails and told them what happened and the said come over. I went back inside and told my daughter. The young man continued to yell. He told the woman who was trying to get my daughters nails of chemically to stop and told us to leave. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. If they would of helped us at 1 when our appointment was they would of had plenty of time. I truly believe that they were running over an hour behind and decided to catch up by lying about our appointment. The young male acted as if he had plans and wanted out of there. I will NEVER go back there again. Been going for years and I will never return. They sent us out with my daughters nails full of chemicals and half off. They not only lost our business but our friends too.

Decided to give this place another try today. I went in and everything was different. There was new people working there and they were so friendly!! The guy who did my nails was so nice I've never enjoyed a manicure so much! On top of that they had a huge new selection of colors! I'll definitely be going back!!

I agree terrible job! Ped & gel nails done. Out of 3 employees no one even spoke. The lady that stepped in did exactly what she wanted never asked me. 👎👎all the way. Nails look like amentur painted....

I went for a pedicure over my lunch hour and had a wonderful time. They did a nice job and I felt comfortable. My feet look and feel great!

Terrible!! She barely spoke English. Did whatever she wanted. I had asked to do a nail design she did whatever she wanted, VERY rough, whipped my hands around and not cheap for this service

I love this nail salon. The staff are always really friendly and amazing at what they do. I will keep going back. Appointments are almost necessary as they are in high demand and busy a lot of the week. Great quality, meticulously clean spaces and tools, beautiful salon decor. Great environment with great people. Not sure what you want to do? Ask! They have a wealth of knowledge and can guide you. My favorite so far is the acrylic dip and the jelly pedicure. A must do!!

We showed up before our 1pm appointment and was told to pick out our colors. They weren't overly busy. 45 minutes later they had my daughter sit at a chair and 5 minutes later I sat next to her. Decided to give this place another try today. I went in and everything was different. There was new people working there and they were so friendly!! The guy who did my nails was so nice I've never enjoyed a manicure so much! On top of that they had a huge new selection of colors! I'll definitely be going back!!
