I love the salon, the staff, is clean, no complaints with quality of work. In fact, Ann does the best pedicure. BUT, how in the heck do you get an appt. Been trying for 3 weeks. On line service is not working. Phone number is never answered. Once I was able to leave a message, but got no return call. Now the message box is full. Do they not want,nor need customers, or are they shut down???? Gotta go elsewhere, sorry!! I really tried.

Im not one to complain however my eyebrows were screwed up. Once i paid i realized how horrible they truly looked after i walked into the next business and was told they looked horrible! Came back and ask for my money back & get accused of waiting services for free.... after an argument then to wait on the manager to get there over 30 mins. Horrible customer service from the ladies

I have only been coming here less than a year. I this place. Everyone is so nice. Work down the street. Is easy to get too. On days off, come fr magnolia to get my nails done. That's how much I love...

They rushed through my nails.. Over priced for the rushed job she did on my finger nails. And I thought it was rude when they offered the other group that came in water and soda but didn't offer my sister or I anything.. I wasn't satisfied with my nails and I could tell she was rushing when she was doing them.

The girls are great here! I went with a deluxe mani-pedi, which includes a mini massage. Sooo great! Definitely the place to go for a quickie spa like treatment!

Amazing!!!!!! The chairs are massaging while you get your toes pretty. They are friendly and you feel like family...... Love having been referred by my friend...... Great service .... Suzy

I won't be going back. I left with polish on my skin from my pedicure and air bubbles on my finger nails from a french manicure. Are you kidding me, that's manicure/pedicure basics!! I could have done...

I love the salon, the staff, is clean, no complaints with quality of work. In fact, Ann does the best pedicure. BUT, how in the heck do you get an appt. Been trying for 3 weeks. On line service is not working. Phone number is never answered. Once I was able to leave a message, but got no return call. Now the message box is full. Do they not want,nor need customers, or are they shut down???? Gotta go elsewhere, sorry!! I really tried.

Came back and ask for my money back & get accused of waiting services for free.... after an argument then to wait on the manager to get there over 30 mins. Horrible customer service from the ladies
