Renee gave the best nail manicure and polish! I was always very happy when she finished. She did wonderful artwork as well. She no longer works at this salon, and it is under new management. The new owner,Kim, did my nails once but did not clean under the nails and instead told me I could just brush there. She seemed to be in a hurry to finish and did not take her time a filing. Renee took her time and paid attention to detail.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DIRTY, RUDE. WAY OVERPRICED! Renee lied when I asked for glitter she said she could not because glitter would cause the color changing polish not to work. She was just being lazy. I get glitter EVERY time on top of color changing polish. I asked for tips, she just used acrylic powder on top of very painfully ripping my other nails off when trying to remove them! I didn't want to cause a scene especially since she was already very rude and pushy. The nails were crooked and too short, but she got angry when I would comment. I would recommend Maxx Nails in Shakopee. I will NEVER go back here and will make sure others know as well. Also you are being watched and recorded. The Owner claims to have both watched and listened to the conversations and services. Creepy. You would think the nail techs would treat people better and take better care to clean.

After going to another nail shop and having the worst experience ever, I went to this nail shop and they were just phenomenal. they are the best they made me, my sister, my son and my niece feel extremely comfortable they gave free pedicures and did free nails for my niece and let my son soak his feet free. They listen to what I have to say. They ask me what I want the even ask me to show a picture just to be on the safe side and they completely blew mine and my sister's mind we get what we want and because it was our first time going there they gave us the service for 50% of the regular price.!!! I recommend the shop to any and everyone I know that this will now be my regular shop even if I move out of the state I will still travel all the way to Minnesota just for the shop!

Great pedicure and my lady actually got the shape that I like correct. It is very hard to find somewhere without having to describe how you like it every time you have to go somewhere new and I'm traveling so it gets irritating finding a good place out of town, so thanks guys :)

Miscommunication because I stated natural nails but tech assumed gel nail color. Again, not My misunderstanding but on the gal working. Still looking for quality nail salon in MN where your $70 is worth the investment.

Give them a shot and you will be a regular

Fabulous job, nice pedicure, needed 5 tips due to broken nails and got a shellac manicure, it's lasted 3 weeks! Will be returning tomorrow, can't beat the Groupon pricing and the quality.

I saw this place on groupon and decided to give it a try. I went in for my usual pedicure and full set since on their website it said it was $20 each Monday through Wednesday. I made an appointment although walk-ins are welcome. I got there a little early and was seen right away. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. My pedicure was very well done and worth it. It took about 30 minutes for my pedicure. Then another lady took over to do my full set and I was done 20 minutes later. They charged me $50 for both since I got white tips for my acrylics.

Similar to the previous: I went in with a GroupOn. Did the Shellac Manicure. It's nice enough. Location is pretty close to the Mall of America (5.2m or less) and in the heart of a shopping plaza down from the High School. Their patrons seemed to be loyal and I noticed when they know you they will cater to you. My nail design or paraffin dip was included but the manicurist didn't seem to know this. It's okay - the counter lady talked to her (in their native tongue) and then I guess she didn't know how to do the template design so the counter lady came over to handle it. I don't normally wear color on my finger nails but tried something new. Lots of choices for shellac gel but I went with red. As for the design: The lad y started and when I noticed she used silver - I asked for Gold. SHE SAID, "NO." I'm laughing now but Lord help me. I don't wear silver nor do I have anything against it but I'd like to get (1) what I want and (2) I'd like to coordinate my outfits for work. At any rate, we wrapped up. Tipped my lady and she genuinely seemed SHOCKED! So, I don't know if Groupon'ers aren't tipping or black folks just ain't tipping but I have to doubt both. Ladies that I know that wear acrylics always seem to have $$ for nail work and tips. I could care less for designs and etc. etc. I just want my cuticles taken care of. BTW: Place is clean enough. Basic design and set up Massage chairs for pedicuresLots of choices for Shellac & Gel optionsDesign options are redundant (e.g. flowers, kisses... Purchased a Groupon for a luxury pedicure from Style Nails at half off the normal price. My pediure lasted 43 minutes and was very average. I wasn't the worst I've ever gotten, but it certainly wasn't what I would consider "luxury". My Groupon purchase also allowed an "optional nail design" which was never offered. The gal hurried through my pedicure and commented that they were too busy. Because I didn't pay the full price of their luxury pedicure, my experience was fine. I wouldn't pay full price EVER for this very average service.

This nail salon is awesome! I have been here several times and they are always friendly and personal with their customers. More than one time they have offered to accommodate my schedule, outside of normal business hours! They really care and do the best gel polish I've ever had!! Give them a shot and you will be a regular

I saw this place on groupon and decided to give it a try. I went in for my usual pedicure and full set since on their website it said it was $20 each Monday through Wednesday. I made an appointment although walk-ins are welcome. I got there a little early and was seen right away. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. My pedicure was very well done and worth it. Purchased a Groupon for a luxury pedicure from Style Nails at half off the normal price. My pediure lasted 43 minutes and was very average. I wasn't the worst I've ever gotten, but it certainly wasn't what I would consider "luxury". My Groupon purchase also allowed an "optional nail design" which was never offered.
