Walked in for a Mani-Pedi and once I put my feet in the water is so sooooo hot. She turned the cold water on and forgot the cold water was running. Took 20 minutes to give me JUST a pedicure (without even painting yet). The machine for the pedicure station was going out and barley works it was so loud and distracting. There's no tv's and she kept taking to me which was weird. She was really rough with my feet and I didn't like the way she handled my feet at all. I just wanted a quick mani-pedi and it took an hour total and it was so expensive. Literally worst place ever and I would not recommend this to anyone.

Don't get eyelash extensions. Lasted 1 day and very gloopy not worth it.

Don't get lash extensions unless you wanna pay 25 for thick gloopy lashes that last a day.

She actually knows what she is doing, doesn't treat you like a robot and does not speak different language when custumer is around. Totally recommend to everyone! Thanks Michelle! 😘😁😁

Rachel is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you want and the results are stunning. Make sure you book out appointments, she fills up fast!

I love going here! They are nice and I've been content with them each time. I regret going to Von's nails at the Burnsville Center to "give them a shot." They have good service here and I feel completely comfortable. The massage chairs are awesome and everyone is nice. You can also get a student discount too! I'm a satisfied customer that finds myself coming back.

Five stars are u kidding me. Ok this place needs a major makeover. It is not sanitary she pulled the tools right from her cart not a new bag. I felt so rushed the shape was good on my toes but then I got home and realized that one of my toes was a different color WTH!! I did not even realize it when I was there probably because of the bad lighting. Then I also got a Gel Mani omg she painted all of my fingers she did not even try to stay on the nail. When she was doing my nails, I'm like oh a lot of people do it differently she will clean it up, but then when she said she was done I was like, in shock. Then when I said something she blamed on my short nails. Don't patronize me I know how it is supposed to look like.

I have been visting this nail salon on and off. I stop going to the salon for a few months, the first time that I went back I got horrible service. The gentleman told me that I would have to pay for something that he did not do correct or to my liking. Then when I told him to stop before he even got started really started on my nails he told me he would call the police on me. I love going there just ask for Lisa when you go.

Five stars are u kidding me. Ok this place needs a major makeover. It is not sanitary she pulled the tools right from her cart not a new bag. I felt so rushed the shape was good on my toes but then I got home and realized that one of my toes was a different color WTH!!
