They are terrible dont go there!! Im over this they charged me too much they only made me put my gel acrylics in the blue light thing once.  What dude? Ya once. There colors fade. I got them done yesterday and the gel is chipping off already. If i wanted shitty nails i wouldve gone to the fucking trash. I really wish there was a zero star option to rate a business, because this place would definitely get one. I have had my gel nails for less than two weeks and today the paint started to peel off of the nail. I paid $40 for a set of gel nails that has lasted less than two weeks. Not only that, but the lady who did my nails filed them to where they were so round that she ended up filing the skin around my nails. I would not recommend this place. Read Less

went in month ago and got my nails done. the people were very very rude. the woman who was doing my nails was more focused on her phone and talking than actually doing my nails. I got an almond shape, out of the 10 nails she did, 8 of them were completely crooked. she cut me multiple times. there were air bubbles in all of my nails and they weren't even roughly the same length. I spent $45 and I could of done a better job myself to be honest. don't recommend epic nails at all. never going back again. the guy that works there was the only nice and focused one. he did my sisters nails. Took my daughter for her birthday, the lady that did my pedicure was the worst not only did she not paint my nails very professionally, but she completely ripped the skin on the side of my big toe off and it is now infected. We will be taking our services elsewhere. They are not personable like other places I have been. Read Less

Pretty good, but a bit crooked. Plus, when I showed a picture of the nails I wanted the woman that was doing my nails said she could make it happen. But when I sat down & after filling/cutting my cuticles, she neglect to tell me that she actually can't. So if you go here, make sure they can do it for you. Read Less

Just left this place and I must say I am not pleased at all. My boyfriend and I waited a hour and 30 min for services. The deluxe pedicure wasn't so deluxe. It was a rushed job. No lotion was put on my legs. I left not satisfied but still paid for the services because that's the right thing to do. My boyfriend didn't receive services at all. After that long wait, it took me to request for the manager only to tell us that men can't service men. Wait! Why wasn't this said before we sat down in your chairs in water that was once hot but turned cold due to the wait. Did anyone even ask my boyfriend if it is ok for a man to provide him services. No. Instead the gentleman that offered me services went to another customer who came in 30 minutes after we did. I will not return here again. Read Less

I got a gel manicure and had to go home and take polish remover to get off all the mess around my nails cause it wasn't cleanly painted, and gel is supposed to last two weeks or so, mine lasted two days. Low quality and waste of money. Read Less

I loved it the first time I went, but this last time, I went and got a pedicure and shellac. I went Wednesday and on Friday my polish chipped and was coming off. I went to get that fixed and I was charged. It is not the $3, but the principle! Today is Monday, and the same thumbnail that was repaired Friday is chipping again! I have wearing shellac polish on my natural nails for a couple years and I have never had this problem! I just switched because this shop is closer to my house. Never again! Read Less

Went in with my friend as she needed a fill, repair and polish and as mine are real i asked for a polish, they said it was overlay??? Ok ive always done my own nails so not really sure what exactly it was and as I waited for my friends to be finished as hers obviously would take longer they said mine was $50!!! And hers was $40!!! Never again, i should have been told price b4! Found my receipt from the places I have been to b4 and it cost me $63 for manicure and pedicure together! What a rip off! :( Read Less

I usaully come here pretty often to get my nails done but after my experience today , they can say bye to my 85$ every 2 weeks . I got a gel pedicure for 40$ and he cut my toenails down after me asking him not to then he applied acrylic over my toenails to make them longer (without even asking me if I wanted that ) but applied it crooked on my big toe. So now I have long really square crooked big toe nails . My nails are also horrible for me paying 50$ for them and I told him that and he just argued about it with me . Then the lady came over and argued with me about it and kept telling me if I know how to do it then do it myself . I explained to him I'm leaving for vacation and wanted them to look extra nice not horrible and at first he told me to come back after my vacation and he will fix it .(but we all know if he was going to fix them he would do so then) I complained some more and he said then go back to the nail shop that I think knows how to do it. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Please never EVER go here unless you want nail fungus!! I walked in about an hour before close for a gel manicure, of course asking if they had time and she said yes. She asked if I would like a pedicure as well, and I told her I have a small chip in the corner of my nail, so I was waiting for it to grow out first. (I take very good care of my feet and nails, and have never had issues. It was a very tiny chip from catching my nail). She told me she could fix it, so I agreed. I was going on vacation so I thought it would be nice to have my toes done too.My gel manicure turned out just ok (super picky people would have complained). Then she started my pedicure...she went over to the sink a couple times and rinsed the tools under water. I thought to myself "this doesn't seem right", but I felt I was already committed to getting it done. She added acrylic over the chip and was gloating about how good it looked, and it did, until she didn't file it down. I was in a rush to get out since the mall was closing, and noticed the horrendous job she did when I got home.I tried to go to another salon, but they didn't have a matching color and I wasn't about to pay for another gel pedicure...so I drove the 35 minutes to the mall to get it fixed. She had an attitude when I told her it just didn't look right and I wanted it filed down. I tipped her (again) for the extra work she had to do and was very nice to her. It turned out a little better, but it was still a disappointment.Here's where it gets bad...I took the acrylic off of my nail a couple weeks later and there was a crack 1/2 the length of my nail. I kept it clean, and a couple weeks later I noticed my nail turning white. You guessed it...toenail fungus!! I am so mad because it's almost impossible to cure (though Vicks Vaporub seems to be working sloooowly). The other option is expensive prescriptions that are only 30% successful, or taking a pill for 3 months that could damage your liver.I had beautiful nails until I went to Von's...please don't make the same mistake I did or you'll put yourself on a very long road to recovery. Part of me wanted to call an inspector...they' deserve to be fined and/or shut down for their unsanitary practices. My niece got her nails done yesterday for prom. He nails looked horrible and I suggested she call them in the morning and ask them to remove the nails and give her a refund. My sister ended up calling and dealt with an extremely rude guy who told her there are two locations and asked if she was sure she called the right one. Obviously she knew she called the right one and he asked how she paid, she initially thought it wa credit card and the she asked my niece and my niece... said it wa cash because the credit card terminal was not working at the moment, the guy said "oh, how convienenr" he then told her to come on and they will take them off. When she arrived she was treated poorly. He helped her and clipped then filed her nails before he soaked them, which caused my niece some discomfort. He then ripped the nails off, didn't clean them up after. He then proceeded to make comments about the fact her mom had called and that she was upset. He also made it known to everyone around them that my niece is a nail biter, including showing them and embarrassing her in front of others, some of which, are her peers. He then refunded my niece saying"don't return". Trust me we won't but this will be posted in several areas including notifying the state for your extremely rude and unprofessional, bullying behavior. How dare you treat another human being like that, a teenager at that, it's not her fault you did a horrible job, I don't blame her for wanting her $40 back ($35 for nails plus the $5 tip).
