I paid $25 dollars for a polish change and the next day all the polish came off. Gel usually lasts me, fill or not, 3 weeks no matter where I go. I called the next morning to see if I came in and showed them would they refund me. She said they don’t refund but would fix and it was because I just got a polish change and not a fill that it came up! I didn’t want do drive all that way to have them paint them again so I just went to allure nails in Bloomington where they fixed them for me! I would not recommend delux nails to anyone not only for the poor paint job but also the customer service wasn’t there for me. I have been getting Ky nails done for 15 years and have been with nail techs for years because I love them. I'm new to the area and tried this salon for the first time recently. I must say everyone is super friendly and very, very nice! While I was there I was told the shop had been acquired by new management within the last couple of weeks so they are still in the process of adding to their stock. They also have dip powder and assured me the next time I come they will have powder dip samples on display. So happy with my gel pedicure and manicure tonight. The website was wrong for closing time (should be 7 pm not 8 pm) because the new owner isn’t able to change it but the staff still provided 20 beautiful nails and stayed open the extra hour to get things done. I have a horrible left big toe that has pieces of nail and they transformed it into a full nail. Beautiful job. If you’ve had a bad experience here go back. The staff is usually pretty nice, sometimes rather short and blunt, but that seems to be any salon I go to. Services are fairly priced and quality is usually pretty good. I have been somewhat disappointed as of lately because I have been overcharged and when I got my nails filled, I was nicked with the file several times and made to bleed. I got no apology or money off or anything. Went back today to have another layer of polish put on since it is too sheer ( I can see through my nails in the light). They couldn't find the polish and made me look for it as if I would know where they keep it... kind of unprofessional. I have been a regular but I think I will be exploring other options in the area. By far the worst experience ever!! I went to go get a manicure & pedicure with a friend and thank the Lord I left when I did! Awful customer service they didn't ask me how I wanted my nails done...just did what they wanted. They originally had a girl that barely spoke English do my nails and we had a hard time communicating that she had to ask for someone to help, well it didn't help much. When I would tell them how I wanted my nails, like I wanted them shorter, and more square they said they couldn't do it. Some other girl had to come take the girls place but that didn't help because she was annoyed that I was telling them what I wanted. At that point I wanted to leave I was already uncomfortable as my friend was too, I know they were talking about me in their language. Well I went to try to get my manicure but she wasn't listening to what I wanted or asking me what I wanted. She was eeally rude and does not care about her customers. It got so bad I left which I should of done when they thought my toes were done. I definitely do not recommend this place at all. You go to a nail salon to relax and be pampered.. well not here so think twice before you come here. Read Less

Just found a gift certificate for $70 for this place from a Christmas or two ago. They refused to accept it even though it is MN law for certificates to expires. They claim they changed owners even though it has the same name and is thesame business. I WILL NOT being going there again! Read Less

Worst experience in my 15+ years of getting acrylic nails! Every finger was bleeding when I left and hurt for days after. She trimmed my cuticles which caused my fingers to bleed then proceeded to put alcohol on them, which stung horribly, then cut my fingers up when she filed the nails. Will Never go back!!!!! They do the nails well.But the customer service isn't good.I took my 6 year old daughter to get her nails done.They charged her as an adult.They wouldn't let her sit in the kids chair, they said she was too tall.But it dawned on me they only did that so they could charge adult price.They might of got extra money for the evening.But they just lost 2 extra customers, and we get our nails done every month plus the tip their loss I guess.
