I've been going to Le Nails for years, and today I decided to switch Nail Technicians and give Mai a try.. I was absolutely blown away by her work!! She is very gently and patient which I loved! She took her time on my nails which I absolutely adore, since I often times feel quite rushed at different nail salons. Her nail designs are AMAZING, and she has so many Nail options. Had the worst experience here. The guy cut my toes nails way to short. He kept digging into my toes after I asked him not to due to it being painful. Slapped polish on didn't clean my toes off afterwards and asked someone else to redo them. Due to my toenails being cut so short it looks very sloppy and unprofessional even after they were repainted . I asked for a refund and was refused because they already serviced me even though it was horrible service. The manager refused t...o let me see the guy's license and yelled at me telling me to call the state. Which I will be doing so. I will be calling the better business bureau and filing a complaint with Mai because of how she runs her business and phong because he needs proper training. They didn't do a good job at all. I spent over an hour just getting basic white tip acrylics and had to have her even out a few nails. I didn't want a gel top coat but got one anyway and had to pay an extra 18$ when a full set was only supposed to be 27$45$ later I am now filing and re shaping my own nails at home because they are extremely uneven, bumpy and sharp enough to cut me on the corners. I visited Le Nails about a week ago. Walking into the salon alone was very welcoming. I was greeted right away and assisted by the receptionist . The store was very clean and presentable. The receptionist referred me to Mai for my service. Mai gave me a deluxe pedicure and, she did a wonderful job. She was gentle and made me feel relaxed as if I was in my own home. Read Less

I came here to have a purple tribute set done on April 24th in honor of Prince and Kim did an amazing job. I also had a pedicure, don't know the name of the lady who did my feet but it felt so good. I honestly would not recommend this place, the ladies were rude to my sister and literally kept talking smack about her in Vietnamese. Yes I was a Vietnamese customer. They charged her extra on her nails for being a different shape and having to file it down, while other places did not since she was just getting a fill they were also betting each other that she wouldn't be a returning customer and they're right! I have a few bad reviews unfortunately. I had called ahead and asked how much a fill was and they told me 15 so I thought great! that's average but when I went in they told me it would be 18 because I had coffin/ballerina shaped nails. I asked why am I being charged more? I already have the shape it's not like that had to do anything extra but just cut them down and even it out just like how they would for every style nail. I didn't want to argue so I said okay. the second thing is that I am Vietnamese and I could understand everything they said and they were talking bad about me. talking about how I am being picky, all I did was look at my nails while they were doing them and I guess they didn't like that. but if I am paying for them I want to love them. third thing was that the workers there were betting that my friend and I would never come back and they are right I would never come back. I thought that was very rude of them. now I fully understand why some people get upset when they speak in Vietnamese. they did a decent job. Amazing services and Great customer service. I've been to so many different salons and I've never had such amazing and thorough pedicures done!
