I have been going for a while (8 months or so) but after this last time this weekend, I will not be back. I noticed during my pedicure that the tools they used were not switched out from the previous person and the nail technician next to me got toe separators from a old laundry bin in the back. They offer stones for the massage part of the pedicure. However, the stones are taken out of what looks like a sanitizer but the sanitizer wasn’t on and they used the same stones on everyone getting pedicures. The purple callus remover that they used during my pedicure they put right back in it in the bin after my feet along with all of the rest of their tools. When I was done they used everything on the next person waiting for their pedicure. No sanitation at all. When I got home I noticed that the skin on the end of my toe was filed off. I am so concerned that the lack of proper sanitation is going to be trouble. My suggestion would be not to go here. I hope the state inspection is soon so people don’t get sick. So gross.

I went to Nails 3000 the day before I left for vacation. It was a salon that I lived by and had never been to. I will never go back. I got to spend 5 hours of my family vacation in an urgent care because my leg was swollen and sore. I had cellulitis and Nails 3000 is the only place I had been where I believe I could have contracted the bacteria. The nurses agreed that that's probably where I got it as well. I highly suggest finding a different place to get your nails done.

Paid $37 for gel nails that were said to be high quality and last 3 weeks but chipped after 4 days.

Great ambiance. Each chair has an iPad and the shop has a warm and cozy feeling. Great service - the staff got me in even though I am pretty sure they were ready to close for the night. Soooo apprecia...

Got my first pedicure today and it was glorious! People here are friendly and do great work! Mom and sisters got gel French manicures.

I was a walk-in on 11/26/2013. The shop was busy and they were very nice and estimated a short wait. the technician was very nice and was very clear about how I wanted my nails shaped. He was very fast and did a good job with the nails. He was a little sloppy with the polish and the dryers did not dry my nails enough. I'll do an extra processing the next time.
I will go back again. It's a lovely shop and very convenient.

I have been going to Studio nails for 8 years. They closed at the end of 2012.
I live in te area and I am going to all of the nail places in the area to choose where I will end up next.
Tonight I went to Nails 3000. I was impressed at first. They were welcoming as I entered.
The Gal that was working on my nails did not speak English very well, Even through I had a whole new set just a month ago, she started ripping off all my nails. I told her as I sat down that I only wanted to go a little shorter and that I liked them rounded.
I left with very short nails that were very square! Needless to say when I got home I had to reshape them, and then repaint them.
To make the experience even worse, they had the tv on very loud on a Vietnamses channel. They were all enjoying the show, but it did not feel like a very inclusive experience!
This is NOT the place I will end up!!!

I've had a few manicures, but am not an expert by any means. I've never been wowed by a manicure either.Two complaints: one is the plastic tub the tools were in were kind of dingy and dirty. If the tools were stored better or if those tubs were cleaner, I'd give 5 stars. The only other complaint I have is the lotion used for the hand massage. They used a floral scented or something. Maybe I'll bring my own next time. I hadn't had a manicure in months, so my cuticles were AWFUL. After the trimming of my cuticles, my fingers/nail beds don't hurt at all like the have from other manicures. I had the gel polish and I really like the end result of my nails and the hand massage done. Convenient location. Sports on the TV (??? little weird for a nail salon, but OK). Super fast. I'll try again when they're less busy and ask some more questions and post a better review, hopefully.

The name kind of reminds me of something I would see on an infomercial for a cheesy product, but it's a nail salon.I'll be honest, I'm not a manicure kinda gal, but turned into one when I got married. The thought of having those acrylic nails placed on my fingers wasn't the most thrilling, but I did it. I chose the french manicure and Kim did a really nice job. I told her I was probably going to rip them off as soon as they started loosening and as soon as I could, they came off.My mom referred me to this place because it was close to where they used to live and I'm glad I went with Kim. She was very nice, explained what she was doing and was accurate in letting me know when I could expect to get them off.Nice little nail salon located in Arden Plaza.Not a fan of manicures, but was for how they turned out.

I have been going for a while (8 months or so) but after this last time this weekend, I will not be back. I noticed during my pedicure that the tools they used were not switched out from the previous person and the nail technician next to me got toe separators from a old laundry bin in the back. They offer stones for the massage part of the pedicure. However, the stones are taken out of what looks like a sanitizer but the sanitizer wasn’t on and they used the same stones on everyone getting pedicures. I went to Nails 3000 the day before I left for vacation. It was a salon that I lived by and had never been to. I will never go back. I got to spend 5 hours of my family vacation in an urgent care because my leg was swollen and sore. I was a walk-in on 11/26/2013. The shop was busy and they were very nice and estimated a short wait. the technician was very nice and was very clear about how I wanted my nails shaped. He was very fast and did a good job with the nails. He was a little sloppy with the polish and the dryers did not dry my nails enough. I'll do an extra processing the next time.
