First of all, I admit that I have some mild phobias about the cleanliness of nail salons. When you aren't familiar with a salon, it can be a lot of money to put down only to be grossed out the whole time. So, if you are not a fellow cleanliness nerd, you may feel more comfortable than I did here. This place is busy, and for a nail salon that is a pretty positive sign. I was in for a mani and pedi. I could tell there are many repeat customers, again - a good sign. My impression is that depending on the nail tech you get you may have a fabulous experience or a meh one. Mine was ok, but bordered on meh. Some of the tool cleanliness was questionable. I prefer places that have a disposable plastic liner in the foot tubs, this did not. At the pedi stations it was quite dark, which I just didn't like. The pedicure was pretty good. For some unknown reason, she made me get up and go to the mani station and then got down on her knees under the table and finished the pedi under there. I was thoroughly confused. She also had a bluetooth device around her neck the entire time and kept randomly talking into it, which was just odd. At one point, referring to the bluetooth, she explained she was in an accident once and her lawyer sometimes needs to get a hold of her...mmm-k. Manicure was just as good as I've had other places. The prices were a little high. At home the next day I noticed that the side of one of my toes next to the nail was red, puffy, and had a spot of dried blood, It was also very tender to the touch. Noooo, I thought, please don't tell me it's an infection -- this is my worst nightmare. I soaked my foot and applied hydrogen peroxide twice a day for a week, and it eventually cleared up. My conclusion is that she cut into my skin there and hopefully if an infection started to breed I killed it with the hydrogen peroxide. I realize this can happen, but it left me with an overall not good feeling about this place. I will keep looking. Read Less
