It was my worst pedicure ever. It was “acceptable “ till she started her painting job. The nail polish is uneven, the skin is painted too, it looks messy. I don’t understand why do these people spend so much time massaging your shin and spend less than a minute scrubbing your heels?! My skin on the legs is not that rough so you have to scrub them for so long! My heels need more attention than my shins! I would be happy even with this unequal time dedication but the look of the nail polish on my toes is horrible. I am not going to keep it. I have to go to another salon and have it done again. Went in for a full set. She did my nails and when she was done I looked at her and she knew what I was thinking. She said the color was bad and to pick a new one and she would re paint them. Second color, still looks terrible. But she said much better. Won't be going back there again. Not to mention she rushed through them after I waited probably 30 minutes for my turn. Read Less

Y’all. Don’tbeasalonifyoucan’t do nails. I guess I can’t add pics. The woman who did my dip did a terrible job. Like I thought I was being punk’d. I hate it because I understand that ppl make mistakes but this was unacceptable. I ended up having to just walk out after an hour and a half and she made me pay! I went back to soak them off and got a regular polish. The man did a bad job and slapped down $20 saying “your nails cost $10.” Please don’t go to this salon. My mum and I go to DP Nails once a month, they're so great. The staff is friendly and we've always been able to get an appointment on relatively short notice. They have good deals if you go during the week. Overall, it's very clean, has a calm ambience, and warm employees. Definitely recommend! Read Less

This has to be the worse experience I have ever had with getting my nails done and I have been getting my nails done a very long time. Not only did they mess up my pedicure, I walked out of there with my nails NOT done. The lady, I am assuming the owner, completely did a BAD job of the dip powder. When I told her that I was not pleased, she got an attitude and soaked me off. I guess she thought that I would leave them a mess. Please do not waste your money at Lovely Nails, nothing lovely about them at all. I understand that they speak another language, but she talked on her phone the entire time trying to do my nails. I walked in and said that I wanted the soak off for my acrylic nails and instead they just popped them off which is terrible for your nails! I asked to get my real nails painted, and before the woman started painting them she filed my nails down so much that it was hurting my skin & it looks like i bit my nails off! I told her she was hurting my skin and she ignored me. The shapes of what's left of my nails are very uneven. I have never been so unhappy leaving any nail salon before. I will never be back! Will NEVER go back! Had lashes done and they were coming off an hour later..went back to show them and they did them again and again within a few hours, they were coming off. I then called to let them know bc they told me they would last 1-2 weeks and they had an extremely nasty attitude about it so instead of arguing, I just refuse to go back. Read Less

My favorite place to go. I get my hair cut by Beverly. (Always does a great job) my nails and toes done. Get waxed. And also get to visit with lovely Beverly and Sue. Sue also cut Austin's hair and it looked awesome. I love this place. Read Less
