Just got my nails done by Vue. She's a blast, and did a very good job. She helped me pick a color and accent for the design I had a picture of. She was very careful not to hurt me while grinding down the acrylic, kept asking to make sure it was ok. Will definitely be going back for a fill in a few weeks. Oh and I made an appointment for 10am and got in rigjt away before the rush of people so that was nice. Just in case anyone is wondering my full set of gel nails cost $50 and it was totally worth it. So I just recently found out that this Salon was under new ownership -- I can not tell you how happy I am with the Beautiful fill I got tonight.  Sophia did the fill for me and we chatted the whole time, I got to forget what was going on in my life for 45 mins!! The whole staff was incredibly friendly, they laughed and seemed like they were actually having a good time at work!  Mind you I was a walk in and they took care of me right away -- doesn't get better than that.  Ladies in Ramsey or beyond, Please go check this place out, you will not be disappointed :) :) :)  Thank you, Sophia for a beautiful fill! I went there tonight and the owners were so friendly and welcoming! I had a great pedicure and was told to just sit and relax in the massage chair when finished. They didn’t need to ask me twice to take them up on that, They offer some extra foot pampering services outside of nail polishing. This salon recently had new owners take over. I have to say that they are amazing! Each and every nail tech has their own touch of magic! You can show a picture of a design from pinterest, and they can imitate it ( if not exactly then about 99%). The staff are super friendly. If you go in and they are busy, they politely ask you if you can come at a later time instead of lying to you that it'll be 10 minutes that turns into 40 minutes. I went to LA nails to get a manicure.  They were not busy and I got in right away.  Kelly did my nails and I thought she did a good job.  From what I could tell, it was clean and hygienic.  The man who was working also helped me so Kelly could help another client who came in.  He was quiet but did a good job.Overall, I would recommend this salon and I would go here again. I have been going here for close to a year now. The above reviews surprised me. First of all the owners, Tim and Kelly, are kind, hardworking, honest people who work all the time---even though it has been soooo slow for them due to the highway, ramp construction--as other local businesses in the area have suffered.With pictures of their kids, over the months they have shared stories of their family and their life...it is truly amazing to hear how much they went through to finally make a life here in America. They are all about working hard to support their family here and back home.Tim is a guy with a half glass full attitude. He likes to use his timely wisely never wanting to leave people who don't call for appt for more than 30 minutes. In a way, I can see why people may think he is rushing but he is not. He is just making sure he gets the job done in case a new client walks in the door. He is actually very funny, more funny than he may even know...haha...  And I know he loves his wife for if you ever saw her look at her, it is obvious. He is all about business & they take care of their supplies and equipment. It is so clean in there!!Kelly specializes in nail design! She is a type A perfectionist always willing to try new things or have you choose from her personal designs. These two work long hours and I'm glad it's not too busy in there & don't blame them if no one has come in for hours and leave a little early to see their two young kids. If you haven't gone there yet, give them a try. I can't think of a couple who truly wish to build their business and have the opportunity to get to know the community better. We went in on a Tuesday afternoon and it was dead. Only the owner and I think it was his wife working. Both of us wanted a manicure/pedicure I thought wow ok this is a block away from home we can try it out. (always forget there in mall) The owner did mine and the woman did my husbands. All I can say is for NO ONE being in the store it felt as if they had 48 people waiting!! it was very rushed. The guy working on my feet and hands was a little rough, and they asked us if we wanted the upgrade includes message. Well that consisted of putting lotion on hands and feet and rubbing it in good there was no "message" about it. I am glad we tried it, however telling them it was our 1st time there and them rushing the process kinda turned us off, not to mention (a pet peeve of mine) is my finger nails we all cut crooked like I did em myself! They were nice enough, but for $100.00 we can find better in the area. Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came here to get my acrylics removed and the guy removed over half of my finger nail underneath. When I went to look at why my finger was in so much pain, he wouldn't let go of my hand and became extremely verbal when I tried to leave. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!!Read Less

I got there on Saturday right after work at 4, and they don't close till six well the Chinese guy he BARELY speaks English and he rushed me and my sister inside told us to sit down and started taking off my nail polish ! First off he didn't even take it all off, second he used the drill thing and he atill didn't take it all off, third of all he was going so fast he did such a terrible job he got my nails done in under thirty minutes, and that's how you know he did he bad job it was under thirty minutes for both me and my sisters nails, my nails where uneven and after he told me to go scrub my nails he told me to go over to the lady so she could paint my nails and my sister went over to the guy he did a terrible job on hers to he nails are all bumpy and are about to fall off and we just got them done at 4:10, they cant do designs worth crap, and they can't paint or do nails worth crap. I'm goin back tomorrow to get my money back because I'm really upset with how bad they did, they rushed us out of the door at 4:47 and we got there at 4:10 and they don't close till 6 they told us to get out and it was pouring rain, outside and he told us to leave bc he had a wedding to be at, oh and get this right when I got there he didn't even know what to do he kept asking me for a white tip he said he didn't know how to do my Design, when it was only zig zags. He told me I was gonna pay thirty and I to him straight up I was paying 25 or else in leaving an every time I tried to tell him I was leaving he would grab my hand and not let go. He told me to sit down and he did my nails and then the lady painted them and i sat down for 2 seconds and he took my shoulder pushed me out and said be careful don't mess up nails still wet and told me to get out he opened the door for me and my sister and pushed us out and he locked the door and left it was only 5'o clock. Their sign says it closed at six AND NOTE this was all bc he was going to a wedding and during the middle of me getting my nails done they where talking about me straight up in Chinese, and they made a big deal about me not liking the design bc they did a terrible job so they quickly justPainted it with the orange color I had and sent me on my way.. I say in the rain for 15 minutes waiting for my mom.. I swear to god those people need to be fired I will never EVER go there again. Read Less

If this app did not make me put a star on to enter my review i would not have one on at all. I walked in as a repeat customer to get my nails removed - they're just not for me. The male employee that was going to remove my nails set me at a station and went outside for a cigarette. When he returned, he ripped the acrylic nails off along with half my own nails. I have intense pain in my hands now. I have never been treated so disrespectfully from a business. Read Less
