I come here regularly with my mom and sister. The staff is always so cheerful and happy to recommend a style they think will look good on your nails. I've tried other nail salons and nothing compares to this place! They don't do a rush job even if there's a lot of people in the place. I posted the picture of the salons pricing guide for everyone on google maps. I hope this helps future customers to prepare in knowing what they will plan to pay, prior to going in. Now, with any salon you have those manicurist that rush through the process and seem to be in a race against time and then you have those that do not. Overall this is a good salon with decent prices. I would suggest expressing any fears or dislikes prior to receiving services as ive come to find that there can be some communication barriers due to certain nail stylists that do not fully speak/understand our language. Proceed with caution! The person doing my pedicure wore gloves. Apparently while he went in back he left the gloves on and touched who knows what? Whatever it was it burned my skin wherever his thumb touched my leg as he massaged in the lotion. At first felt like a tiny electric shock but felt better once I put my foot in the water and rinsed it off. Meanwhile the same thing was happening to my other ankle to a lesser degree. It left thumb-sized red and blistered areas on each ankle! That was the worst of their poor practices. They had water already filled at all stations, so it was barely warm. Not sure that's even healthy? Massage and nail care were minimal even though I paid for an advanced package. The nail dryers were very grungy and the whole place needs a good cleaning. Just had the most painful pedicure of my life. She was in such a hurry she hit the side of my toe with the pumice stone and literally ripped my pinky toe nail off. Then tried to put super glue on my raw nail bed to stop the bleeding.  I managed to stop her once I figured out it was super glue (nail glue) before she put it on. I asked her to just put a band aid on and leave it alone. Then the manager came over and stated to look and SHE PUT SUPER GLUE IN IT.  I cannot begin to explain how much that hurt. I had to scream at her to get her to stop.  Then I was given a $5 discount. Yes, I had to PAY for being maimed and tortured.  NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Read Less

Absolute rudest customer service ever. My card was declined and I called the bank (on speaker phone) which said i DID have the funds. They then said I would need to leave my 700 dollar phone with them in order to go get my money, when I said no workers locked the doors and called the cops. I wasnt able to go to my car to get anything else to offer as colateral. When I tried to open the door I was shoved aside by a worker anf screamed at for at least 20 mins till cops came. My mother came with the cops and payed full price for my HALF DONE NAILS. we have been customers here for years and will NEVER be returning and would not reccomend to anyone. No business should call the cops on a minor over 25 $ that was on my card just because it didnt work when I did have the funds and they heard it. Could have been handled much MUCH better with no cops. Not to mention this lady did a horrible job on the portion of my nails she did do!! And imagine this 5 mins later I went and drew out the 25$ to pay my mom back! Read Less

Ok pedicure. Doesn't look any better than when you paint your nails at home. Never offered a design for pedicure. Cleanliness is ok. I never really saw any specific cleaning of pedicure stations between clients. I saw the employees use a sponge to wipe it out, but not sure what type of sanitizing was done. Ick. Employees do not smile or act as if they're happy to see you. You can call and make an appointment, but apparently that's just a formality and will let you wait while the walk-ins in front of you get seated first. Finally, be VERY CLEAR about which pedicure you are requesting! Twice I clearly said "child's pedicure" for my daughter and at the register I was charged for an upgraded adult pedicure because they did nail art (which is included for free in a child's). They would not back down and charged me for an adult. Overall, I think it's time to find a new place. Read Less

Very quite low key salon, they did a great job on my nails! But when it came to costumer service they were very rude.  When we walked in we weren't greeted, we stood there for 5 minutes before someone said we'll be right with you and when we finally got in our places we got the vibe that they were annoyed that we were there.  When we asked for a design, oh man you would have thought we asked them to start all over again.Will only go back if I'm in a pinch.
