I had high hopes because of other reviews but oh my God, I was very disappointed. I must’ve asked my girl, Nina, 5 times to clean the instruments. She lied and said they throw away. No way they don’t throw away the tips they file with. I already had a fungus on one nail and sure don’t want more. I don’t know what is so difficult about throwing the tips in some alcohol in between clients. Glad I don’t live here and only have them for a salon choice. Read Less

I have been coming to this nail and spa for probably a year now and i have always had the same nail tech bc i requested him every single time. But he has gone to another nail spa So i came in Wed and got what i always have done is the powder dip nails. She did not put alot of the powder dip on it like Andy did. So today i had a nail break off and i never had that happen before. I will add that she had a walk in wanting services that waited over 10 minutes. And she made a fuss about walking out as the nail tech was still doing my nails. I felt like i was dismissed and rushed she didn't even check to see if my nails were the same length on both hands. Started and stopped my nails numerous times because they had appointments... should not seat a customer if your not ready for them. Also requested I bring cash for tip when their credit card machine works because they don't want to pay the user fee on it. Not my problem. Rude. Will not be coming back. Read Less

Absolutely LOVE this place. I've been coming here every two weeks for the past two years and it's my regular routine. The girls there are wonderful and kind and know me and my preferences. They never disappoint. They can be a little spendy compared to other nail salons, but you honestly cannot beat the quality. I see Nina and she does a wonderful job. I was in town for the holidays and needed a manicure. I chose this place solely based on convenience, but it was a bad decision. Worst manicure I've ever had. I got a gel mani, but the woman didn't get nearly close enough to the base of my nail, so I walked out the door looking like I needed a new mani! At this point, I'd already wasted over an hour of my life in there, so was just going to deal with it. She also barely filed my nails after she trimmed them, so my nails were splitting and had to be re-filed when I got home. Glad to spend $30 on my nails, only to go home and have to fix them myself.Keep looking - don't go here. Read Less

AWFUL. i have an infection in my big toe and have been put on antibiotics and all my nails have air bubbles in them they look really bad. Im on my honeymoon and cannot even drink since my toe is throbbing so bad i have to take the medicine to prevent the spread of the bacteria from dirty tools or tub. GROSS Read Less
