They are so expensive for a Fullset and it doesn’t even look good. You guys always over book & have me waiting over an hour until I can get in when I’ve made an appointment to begin with. Had an appointment at 6:15pm didn't even start my nails until after 8 when they close at 7. So they were rushed and my nails don't all match in shape.. They have one that is so slanted and the lady said it was straight which it wasn't. And they have no heat I assume.. So cold inside.. Both my grandma and I were cold!!! Poor service. I have had good nails from here but this last time has really left a terrible mark on me. I paid $40 for a fill with gel polish. First off she pretty much removed the acrylic from previous and burned my nail. Like litterally through it and I discovered this today when that nail broke! She also burned my thumb as well as constantly got my skin. The woman I had was very rough and did not care that my fingers lock up randomly. (Something I can't control) for the $40 I paid, I would have and should have just been patient and waited for my usual tech. Read Less

I went there thinking I'd be able to save money because I've normally traveled to Rochester to get my nails done. When I left, I'd realized that I had gel polish on my fingers. Also, my nails and toenails didn't have the same shade when it supposedly came from the same bottle. My nails have chipped away and look horrible just after barely 2 weeks time. I hate to give a bad review but want people to have the knowledge that this may not be the place for them. The people were very friendly which was the plus side of the experience. Read Less

i had gone there to get my nails done for years, up until a month ago. They do a great job. However the service is horrible. i always make an appointment so you would think i wouldn't have to wait but i still have to wait a half hour before they get to me. I don't have 2 hours + to have a simple fill. Last time i made an appointment the owner was working on two people at the same time and i had been waiting for a good 20 minutes. I said something to her about it And walked out. She had been doing my nails for 5 years..she didnt even say a word to me. NEVER WENT BACK!!! i go to a new place and im in and out in about 45 min for a fill... how it should be:) Read Less
