I've had my nails done about 4 times here. The second last time they had someone new do my nails, which is totally fine, but I wish they would have asked me or mentioned it. It took 2 hours. They charged me to fix a broken nail which is fine. Except I had another nail break after 6 days. I've been getting my nails done a long time and I have actually NEVER broken a nail. I don't do anything rough with my hands. So, I went in, they fixed my nail free of charge. Awesome! The next day I had another, different nail break! Maybe it's just a fluke but it seems crazy that they keep snapping off when I've never had this issue before. I also find them to be a little unfriendly. 5 out of 10 nails peeled within 48 hours of my shellac manicure. Then two of the fixed nails peeled before the end of the same day. Asked for a refund and was told they cannot do it. Ask ed to speak to the manager who was not in and didn't call me back. Incredibly frustrating Read Less

Just a little angry with my experience I went to get my nails removed which is fine I also asked for a manicure with shellac after. The lady was litetaly reading text message on her phone mid doing my nails which is totally rude especially because she literaly stopped in the middle of doing nails to read . She also never gave me a manicure she filed my nails crooked then buffed them with the machines she never used a cuticle cutter or any tools used for manicure which I know ...are supposed to be use because I have a cosmetology license. She put the shellac on and I had to ask her to file the ends of my nails because pieces of the shellac were hanging off of it.. when I went up to the cash she charged me $45.00 she said she gave me a manicure and I said no you didn't you didn't even cut the cuticle or dead skin you didn't even put lotion on my hands she argued that she gave me a manicure by using the machine. I went there tonight to get my eye brows waxed.. what a waste of money she waxed both top and bottom of my eye brown and says ok your done!!! What your not going to pluck the little hairs or trim them?? So She did it after I asked and then says ok your done.. I asked her for the mirror she didn't even offer it to me.. again I said to her you missed a huge area!!! Please can you fix it.. I showed her the area so she puts more wax again.. she say ok look .. Again I say you mis...sed hairs.. I'm not being picky I could have plucked themselves they were so obvious She plays dumb i don't see it ., but as she was waxing my eyebrows.. 3 people walk in and she completely rushed through my waxing!! Not happy with my recent shellac set I had put on Sunday. My polish is literally peeling off. Went today (Wednesday) to get 3 nails fixed then now noticing two other fingers on my other hand is doing the same.
