Went here for A wedding party, and the pedicure was fine, but my nails turned out horrible. With some of the other reviews I have to agree they push for the sns nails. The girl started doing my nails in the wrong color, when said something to her her manager confirmed that it wasn't the color I picked. So then had to file it back down but not all the way. Nicked me twice while taking the wrong color off. Put the new sns color on my nails and when she was done they were so thi...ck compared to another girl in the wedding party because their was still powder from the original color. When it was all done you could see some of the original color on the sides of my nails and they looked so thick and unnatural. Still had stuff underneath my nails when I left and shapes on a few of the nails were not square at all. One of the sns popped off my nails in ten days. When asking for a discount or something because was not happy they only have the 10% off that they only offer on Tuesday anyway. I do not treat myself to this very often, and with it being for a wedding party I was very disappointed with the service and all around how the situation was handled on the end. I have been to many nail salon through out the Fox Valley. I love the natural nail bar! I recently have my acrylic nails removed to transition to the sns. They were so gentle when removing them. I’ve had other nail salons simple rip them off which was extremely painful. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is nice as well. Loved my experience! Read Less

It has been a few years since I have gotten my nails done. My niece recommended Natural Nail Bar. I LOVED it I scheduled my SNS manicure with Peter. He was amazing!! He was attentive, talked me through my options, and gave me confidence in my choice. SNS is new to me, but after learning how healthy it is vs gel polish, I was excited to try it! Natural nail bar always does a great job whomever I have do my nails. I am glad I choose to walk into the salon a year ago. I am from Sheboygan and come to Appleton every 3 weeks just to have my nails done and wouldn’t change it for the life of me. Everyone that works there is friendly and always says hello. I'm giving a 3-star simply because the services I had have always been good I had a very nice pedicure however some of the people that are employed there are not real nice I had an appointment to get my nails done and then decided I'd rather have a pedicure the girl said we can do both and I said no I'll just get a pedicure and she's like oh whatever and rolled her eyes my nails were bad because I took them off myself and everybody was looking at them that worked there and sa...ying oh never do that making me feel like I was about 3 in tall just shaming me I did end up being pressured into getting them done and then when I asked the girl to do them rounded she didn't understand what I was saying and did him square and I asked a couple times if she could fix it and really she couldn't unless I would have wanted to have no nails I left there feeling very uncomfortable because of how I was treated I won't be back again I found somewhere else Altro... I came to the Natural Nail Bar because I hear nothing but great experiences. I walked in and the atmosphere is great! I asked for a manicure as I don’t want something with upkeep. A gentleman walks up and says don’t you want something that would last longer? (Insisting I get something more expensive) I politely say, “Of course I do but with the Holidays money is tight right now.” He states while giggling, “Oh so your broke!” Laughed and walked away. I was absolutely mortified and embarrassed.. if they hadn’t started my manicure I would have left. My manicurist was very sweet and did a nice job. I was very hurt and almost cried from embarrassment because then everyone turned and looked at me. Not to mention my nail chipped 30 minutes after my manicure which has never happened to me before. I was in last night looking for an acrylic fill as my normal person is on vacation. There is so much push at this salon for the SNS nails that I finally agreed just to do it so I could get done and on my way. They did not remove all of the acrylic from my nails and proceeded to apply the SNS. My biggest fear is that they are all going to pop off in a couple days with the acrylic underneath. Also, I am not sure what is in the SNS but I have four of my five nails with black lines in them. With a French this looks very tacky and is very noticeable. Also when I left there was so much junk caked under my nails I could hardly stand it. I have always had that removed when my nails are done. Overall, not a great first impression, however I will give this SNS thing a couple weeks and see if it is really truly SO much better then acrylics or gels. Read Less

I went to Natural Nail Bar today for the first time, and I loved it! The customer service was amazing, and Lina did a great job on my first SNS manicure! She was so nice! These people were rude, the man was even aggressive in front of my 10 year old little girl simply because she needed to use the restroom. He first said it was occupied so we waited then he became aggressive and stated it was broken. CLEARLY he was lying and didnt want my CHILD to use the public toilet they have. Any place rude and aggressive to children do not deserve our downriver service!!! Read Less

Love coming here for my pedicures. I've been a customer for the last 10 years. I look forward to my monthly pedicures! The massage and exfoliation is amazing and my polish always lasts until my next visit. Would also recommend their waxing service. I always get compliments on my eyebrows after getting them done here. They don't really speak to you at all so it's kinda awkward. My friend and I went in for pedicures and it literally took them 10 minutes to do both of the pedicures. They rushed the whole time and the salon wasn't even busy. The lady who did my friends nails pretended to cut her cuticles. They didn't clean under or around the nails, didn't scrub the bottoms of our feet for dry areas, didn't rub our feet. Well, they rubbed the tops of our feet and our shins for probably 20 seconds. The paint job was terrible, they didn't wipe the skin where polish was left. There was a big confusion about how much they charge for pedicures because they don't speak English (which isn't that big of a deal). It doesn't really look dirty but it's very outdated in there.
