I'm going to give this place 5 stars. I just got back home from my first visit to the salon and I couldn't be happier with how well my nails turned out. Let me start off by saying that I've been going through a trial-and-error spell for the last year. I find that most places are really overcrowded, overbooked, and usually smell bad from all the chemical and nail dust flying around. Not to mention having visited a new salon in the last month and having my shellac/gel polish peel right off my nails like stickers!!! They didn't last a full 3 days before peeling off! So without further or due, here to my stars: I'm giving this place 1 star for how polite the staff is. The young lady who scheduled my appointment was attentive and friendly. I was also running a little late on the day of my appointment and they were accommodating to my 5-10 minute delay. I appreciate them and their customer service for their understanding. Star number 2 is for the salon environment. It was clean, neat, and did NOT smell of nail/salon chemicals and nail dust! The stations are set in an asymmetrical manner, yet it felt warm and inviting, while being an open airy space. The décore is nice too! The 3rd star is going to be for the service. I was serviced by Ashley; whom btw is my new favorite nail tech. She has an obsession with perfection and doing her work well! I appreciate and love how friendly, attentive, professional, and conversational she is. My thumb nail had bumped the lamp and my polish smudged; she filed and cleaned it off to re-do the color. Not like other places where they just add additional layers to cover up the creases of messed up polish. Ashley also understood that I often get pains and strains in my wrists and forearms from typing so much at work; and she knew exactly how and where to massage my hands and wrists for my carpel-tunnel-esque pains! The 4th star is for price/value. It's an average price for a manicure with shellac/gel, but for the amount of attentiveness and service received, I'd say one really gets their money's worth here! And my final star will be for overall experience. It is a little far from my home, but I don't mind making my future appointments for the weekends. I can't say I've been to any salon where I've felt valued as a client from the time I scheduled my appointment, until I departed. Thank you ladies and I WILL tell my friends about your business! Love love love this salon. Went in today and it was my first time there. Wanted to get my nails done and they did a FANTASTIC job. I'm in love with this place now. Relaxing and the nail techs know exactly what they are doing and everyone around joined in on conversation and it was an overall enjoyable experience. I have been a faithful customer to 3152 Studio for several years now. I see Ashley every two weeks to get my nails done and she does great work! I am constantly getting compliments on her work. I've had my nails done by the other girls too, they're all awesome. The staff here is super personable and friendly. All areas of the salon are clean and inviting. I've had a pedicure here and they are seriously "top shelf". If you've ever been to a seedy nail shop and had a pedicure, they're mediocre at best...but you haven't lived until you've treated yourself to the REAL DEAL! I even managed to turn my dad into a pedicure believer after taking him here! On top of manicures and pedicures, they offer some other services here as well. Like spray tanning, waxing, and eyelash extensions. This is a great place. Especially if you're tired of the same old downriver nail shop experience....treat yourself and check it out! Read Less

Had a massage with Michelle today. It was FANTASTIC. Best massage I've had here in Michigan will definitely be back and recommend to anyone. Had my pedicure done by Lauren as well and it turned out very nice. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and made you feel right at home. The salon itself is well appointed and decorated tastefully decorated. Unlike most nail salons you aren't overwhelmed by a chemical smell and the stinky nail dust. This place is a gem!  I was greeted immediately and offered a beverage and nail color samples.  After some color searching, the receptionist gave me a tour of the salon.  The staff was outgoing, professional, and made me feel welcomed.  The salon itself is so clean (being a hairstylist myself I know the types of scary nail and skin diseases you can catch from places not using proper sanitation methods).  I was referred here by several people, all of who see Ashley for what I believe is a gel overlay.  She was super friendly, professional,  and her work speaks for herself. I've never seen nails by her that weren't perfect.  And her work is guaranteed for two weeks.   I brought in a picture of what I did and did not want and I definitely got what I wanted!  She shaped them exactly how I wanted.   I can't wait until I am able to receive a pedicure here, the pedicure area is so cozy and relaxing.  The quality of service for the value is  amazing.  Yes some services here will cost you a bit more than those places in strip malls, but the quality of the services and level of professionalism is worth the price!  I know from experience, I have been seeing a physician once a week for 6 months to remove something I got from one of those bargain-foreign- pedicure places.  Will definitely be back!!!!!
