I LOVE this place! It's a very friendly, professional, and clean environment. Everyone that works there are good at what they do and make you feel very welcomed. I lost my pinkie nail and they were capable of putting on a tip when the time was right, and I haven't had any issues with it. I usually get a fill and a pedicure, I have no complaints about their services. My nails look very natural and they don't break easily. The husband and wife that work there are my favorites! Best nail salon that I have been to in Wixom. You definitely have to make an appointment if going on a week night after work, but it's worth it. Every staff member I've come into contact with has been friendly and very professional. On top of that, they had two techs working on my acrylic full set and pedicure to save time. Everything looked great when finished and the polish lasted longer than I'm used to with no chips. Went here recently with a close friend that's getting married soon who lives in the area. Such a great find! Fair prices for good quality. You might have to wait a while if there's a lot of people, but we went in around 10:00 and got seated quickly. The ladies (and especially the manager) are all very nice and truly take pride in their work. Neat and meticulous. That alone deserves all my stars. So worth the wait! Read Less

A gift certificate was purchased for me for the price of a mani/pedi...$42. When I went in to get my service, they charged me $35 for a pedi alone. The woman handed me a menu and the least expensive pedi was $35... and I didn't even get polish. When the gift certificate was purchased, they said $42 would cover both a mani & pedi. Just got my nails done at fabulous nails. I was under the impression they closed at 8 when really they closed at 7:30. I wasn't rushed or turned away at all. In fact, when I apologized the woman doing my nails said not to worry and that she was here to work for me. I was wildly impressed with how calm and kind she was. The only reason I knocked off a star was because my nails were a lot more expensive than I thought they'd be at a whopping 45 for a very simple matte pink OPI gel manicure. This is the second time they have hit me with a random charge when doing my nails. $40 for a pedicure? Because he didn't feel like telling me a specific nail polish was $5 extra and one he pushed on me, at that. Not at all a relaxing environment because they are constantly trying to add on to your bill and doing a crappy paint job to top it all off. They change their prices when they feel like it and before I reach in my bag, I'm being asked to tip them. My sister had a gift card and the guy doing her nails was pissed that she had one! I got a full set with shellac and a pedicure with shellac as well... my friend and I spent over $200 at this place. I noticed right after I got them done that they didn't look right. It looks like iv had these nails for weeks and need to be filled. I called the store and told them about this problem two days after I got them done and they told me to come in. So I did. (I live in canton and this place is in novi so it's a bit of a drive just for nails) I walked in and I showed the lady my nails and she said it was normal for them to grow that much within TWO days... With every other place iv gone to, they have NEVER grown this much in two days... I drove 25 minutes to get my nails fixed and all they said was "that's normal" and laughed in my face. Legit laughed. For the amount we paid, we deserve to have good quality nails. This place is cheap and won't fix their mistakes. I do not recommend this place. I don't know whether the fact that I didn't want to purchase every top price service they offered had anything to do with it, but it was the worst nail salon experience of my life. (I've had acrylics for 14 years) My feet are rough after a pedicure just 5 hours ago. I had to tell the nail tech that she needed to use the cuticle scissors to cut away any lifting parts of my nails before doing the fill. They're crooked and my Pinkie nail looks deformed. This place is the bomb.com! I had a spot out in Lansing n when I moved out to wixom I tried the novi mall shop and it sucked!! I e never had bad nails here. "N" is good and a sweetheart! I've been getting my nails done about every 2-3 weeks. I always have a pedicure done 1-2 months. I've been putting shellac on my toes and fingers for years. I decided to try this place, because the other one that I've been going to is getting really dirty.My shellac manicure chipped after 2 days. I went back to get it repaired and they did for free. Since I was there, I decided to get my shellac pedicure. It was 45 bucks. The man did not soak my toes. He dremmeled my shellac off and cut me a few times. He also thinned out my real nails so they  are all like paper thin. My toe nails started cracking after a few days and I had to cut them down really short.To make matters worse, the next day another nail chipped. It hadn't even been two weeks and my manicure has a chip on every finger. This never happens anywhere that I've been to.This was the worst pedicure/manicure that I've ever had. I DO NOT recommend. Go to Paris Nails on Milford, they do a lot better job. Read Less

Probably the worst service and manicure I've ever had. The tech spoke maybe 5 words of English to me and hello was never uttered. She gave me the parafin  dip and never took off my wedding ring so I now have wax in the brackets. The coats of polish were so lite that my oxblood color came out a bright red and the tips are hot pink. The cleanliness is also lacking, I've never seen such a disgusting naile file before. I go here for my pedicures and they always to a great job. The place is super clean and everyone in there is friendly. I had gel polish put on one time here and it lasted about a week, but I didn't have them take it off. They will drill it off and I didn't want my nails destroyed. Read Less

Looking for a salon closer to my home. Went for a nails to be removed and a full set. First she tried to rip the nails off with a nail tip instead of soaking them off. She ruined my real names my damaging two of them past the edge of my naik bed with the drill. I was getting colored tips put on and she got pieces of the colored powder all over my nail bed hence it can be seen through the pink. I was cut three times through the process the final time with the file. Miserable experience. My fingers hurt and my nails look terrible. I would not recommend!! Read Less
