I had not been there in a long time but was out shopping with my daughter and decided to get pedicures. I just now read the reviews and will not ever return as it was just bad. She as more interested in talking with her co worker and than doing my feet. Nails uneven and jagged. I do not polish my toes so it's not like she had to do alot. Mom and daughter rude! Awful. I came in around 6pm & there wasn't a single person in sight. Two employee's were doing each others nails as I just stood there waiting. Finally I said "Hi? I'd like to get a full set please" the Nail tech told me to pick a color & have a seat. Already feeling uncomfortable as is her ENTIRE family came in including her children. She literally was going back & fourth with them about where they're going for dinner. She didn't clean up my nails, didn't clean up the cuticle or even clip them before starting. The paint was uneven & looked cheap. The next day I had two nails pop off & paint chipping. She rusher thru it & used cheaper then cheap products. Mind you this "Lady" is the owners daughter. Not a professional or comfortable setting. I will never return here again. I rate this dump zero stars. Wish i could get my money back! Read Less

I loved going to this nail salon for years until about a year ago. I have a very stressful job and went in to get nails and toes done. The young lady/girl who works they was Very Rude, Disrespectful and annoyed because she touched my toes and had to fix them. Her and her mother the owner were talking in another language but you can tell by their tone they were talking about me. This young chick told me to Watch TV. It took everything in me to keep calm. I didn't tip and I have not been back. The Male who owns the shop was always very nice but I won't pay again for bad service. She needs to grow up or find a new occupation before she pisses off someone not as nice as me. Read Less

the guy that painted my nails missed a few spots and there nail polish chips very easily i don't know if i would go back and get my nails painted again. but when you call and ask for prices they don't tell you they just hang up on you. and they don't speak very good english hard to understand. I love this place! Usually there's a wait but it's worth it the older man does the best job on my nails that I've ever had and I've tried a ton of places and he is 100% the best, their daughter Coco is also amazing! And it's also very clean and nicely decorated! So I would suggest making an appointment for shorter wait time but I reccommend trying this place! Read Less

I went there to get a French fade manicure for prom. After waiting an hour I showed the nail tech a picture and described it to him very clearly. I kept telling him over and over again that it's a fade not French tips and he kept saying "yes I'll do that next." Then, as he was putting the white tips on straight, I told him again and he replied "ya I can't do that." I was very upset that I paid $30 for something I didn't ask for, and on top of that he didn't do a good job. My nails are uneven and the polish is lumpy. If the picture doesn't explain this rating, I don't know what does. Rough edges, nails not even fully painted, uneven color, and nail polish down my fingers and in cuticles (I'm serious, there is clear on two of my knuckles.....). Also, while I was there I was watching the owners wife fill clear polish bottles with, what looked like, a watered down version of clear polish. And that's exactly what it was. I get my nails done every couple week at my normal salon and I've never seen clear polish with that water consistence. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Went today w the hubs - we each got a pedicure and I got a shellac polish change. Andrew got a decent pedicure but I didn't even get my callus ground off - the other woman in the chair got an excellent grinding and I could tell from the skin (gross I know!) that her feet were left soft. I wanted matching toes and fingers but the guy used the wrong color and his solution was to cover the first color with the right one. I said no thank you, just finish with the wrong one.Then when we paid - he clearly said the total was $70 and the card was charged $80.34 - when asked about the difference - he said it was a $2.34 charge for the machine...that was news to me. Then I said "that still doesn't come up right" and when I told him - $70 plus 2.34 is not 80.34 he looked at it and said ohhh I said $78. Not sure what the price breakdown for the services was but I told him - I think you're just making it up as you go, paid and left. Read Less

Wish I could give NO stars! Took my 8 yr old granddaughter there for her first mani/pedi which should be fun and instead it turned into a nightmare - nothing nice or relaxing about it! The manager picks and chooses the order you are waited on, it is NOT first come, first served and he is NOT friendly and staff was down right rude! This place is underrated! Seriously.... I am very particular when it comes to getting my nails done however, when your looking for quality look no further - ask for Tokyo (Vietnamese man who owns the business). Very stern individual who takes pride in his work - I don't feel like another customer - more so a valued customer. Sure his employees may speak in Vietnamese and God only knows what they're saying but as long as my full set comes out looking like a natural set - I'm their biggest fan. Oh I have found the ONLY place I will EVER go for a mani/pedi! My sister does my nails always but today I treated myself to a pedi & it was the greatest I had ever had ( Tammi ) is amazing and sweet so I even decided to do a polish change to match my toes and it is beautiful! I will never go here again, i got charged for a full set of nails even though I only got a fill. The nail tech was horrible, he cut my skin while doing my nails several times, which later on got infected. Along with the charge of color when I asked the tech if it would be extra charge for color on my nails, he said no. Along with the fact that my nails where done horribly. The staff is not friendly what so ever and it seems like they do not care about their customers. I only gave them 1 star just being nice. Read Less
