I am usually a regular customer who is always patiently waiting for them to service me. However after today’s experience with the owner Susie I will never return to the establishment; or recommend. Due to the lack of character and professionalism the owner Susie lacks to posses! When you are a owner of an establishment that deals with customers it is critical to handle those loyal customers with care. Rather you’re having a bad day or moment step to the back to recuperate before you attempt to handle customers. There’s a certain way to communicate with customers beyond the rudeness; especially by Susie being the owner she should learn how to have self control with her mouth if she wants a long lasting successful business! DO NOT GO HERE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY NAILS LOOKED HORRIBLE!!!!! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!! The owner sue did my nails and she was very rude to me! I went 2 hrs before they were suppose to close... they had to waiting 45 minutes even when I told them I needed to soak off my nails off for a full set. She clearly was rushing and instead of letting my nails completely soak off she started pulling off my acrylic which was very painful. When I mentioned it hurt she stated “You’re making me not want to do your nails”. She also put wayyyy too much acrylic on my nails which made them look very wide and flat. Tina is very rude. I asked what time do you close she was ignoring my question. So I had to come in for my first time ever and she’s saying we close at 8 I have a family and I was in their to get a full set. I picked my colors she did my nails good I can’t complain. But their was a crooked nail that my boyfriend pointed out and she said my fingers crooked. And I told her and she told him he knows nothing about nails and that he’s rude. So they got into a argument and he started asking for the owner of the place and Tina is the owner. He wanted to find someone bigger than Tina and she wouldn’t say so we took a picture of them being criticized nail technicians and she jumped up saying you don’t need to take pictures here we don’t need your money or your business I will kick you out. I was a regular customer. Tina is the most professional nail technician at that nail salon. Very friendly and polite bedside manor. So is her daughter Cammy. Tina's other daughter was rude and impolite towards me today when I was attempting to ask her mother if the salon use the metal foot scraper and then the owner Susie jumped in the conversation extremely loud, embarrassing me in front of the other customers about the state board don't allow use of the metal foot scrapers, if people complain about their feet not being smooth they can leave and scrub their own feet. Susie was extremely rude and unprofessional as a business owner. I was telling Tina to do the Deluxe Pedicure and also that everything that her boss just did wasn't necessary. Her daughter jumped in my conversation thinking I was talking about her and I wasn't saying "she was telling me she didn't understand what you were saying". I been going to this location for years only for the simple fact that it is up the street, and after today, I will NEVER be back. Took my mom here 2 weeks ago she hasn't had her nails done in years they made us both wait on one younger girl while they sat around in their phones. She was making sly disrespectful remarks about me the entire time. She refused to do the color I wanted initially insisting it would be "see through" and after she put an ugly bubble gum pink on me I begged her to just do my other color. She pinched my fingers hard removed it and did my color which turned out to me very cute. Today we went back and as soon as we walked through the door they started talking back and forth in their language. Which was highly rude. I could feel they were talking about me( and to let u guys know i am not a rude girl I have worked in customer service 7+ years I am very considerate of people doing me a service) Anyway the manager does my nails pinching my fingers the whole time, going through the motions very coldly tells me to wash my hands I come back she she starts painting my nails OVER HER SPIT UP SUNFLOWER SEEDS. The color was hideous. I thought it would've been more clear so hesitantly I offer her $5 to change the color she rolls her eyes and I walk over to get the cash from my mom and say aloud "She's rude ma. We should've went somewhere else." I get back to the table and she goes off! Checking me about how's she's not rude and how I always come up in there changing my color. (Mind u this is the first time I have gotten my nails done by her so she must've been talking about me) she told me (as she painting my nails) she should've refused my service. Now what an awkward position that put me in. No one even came over to turn the fans on for my nails to dry and the didn't offer to carry my belongings over so I chipped my nail in the process. A sign is hanging in the window that says $15 for shellac nails. Cool. I walk in & they ask if I want a shellac manicure, I say yes, as I don't want a pedicure. End of the service & I'm charged $25 because of that word manicure. So it's $10 more because she lotioned my hands? Yeah, I don't think so. I came on a Friday night, and they were steady. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed here for a couple months, but the way they rushed through this time was enough for me that I'll never be back. The owner of the Nails is very rude and nasty. During my visit and elderly couple came in to pay there balance and she took there check and rush them out the store. At the time there was no customer waiting to be serviced. However, the nail tech that serviced me is very polite, but i will not be returning. I only give them a star, because you must rate. I will NEVER let these people do my nails again! Every time I want coffin shape nails and I have square, they always tell me I have to get a full set which is $40+. I went to a girl in Ypsilanti, she just filed my nails in the way I wanted them. I did but need a full set. These people are lazy and just want money out of you. Go to Golden Nails in Ypsilanti! Terrible. Went in for a Christmas themed nails and the guy who did it did a terrible job. My nails were so thin they broke, the trees looked like bird poop essentially, and when I made him fix it he kept muttering under his breath in a language I didn't understand (probably bad talking about me). He also cut every single one of my fingers. Worst experience ever and now I never get a design done on my nails again because of him. You cannot even understand them. Do not recommend going. A decent pedicure. Nothing to special, but you get what you pay for. I couldn't make an appointment at my regular place so this will have to do. They will definitely try to get you to buy all the "extras", but just say no if you aren't interested in spending more money. $30 for a manicure and pedicure and it's a $30 experience. This place is a 30 minute drive from me, & it's well worth the drive! The owner Susie is awesome & upbeat, and the atmosphere is great! Both times I've gone my nails were exactly what I wanted. 2 different people have done my nails, & they both took their time and made sure they were done right. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to!!!  We had an appointment (called two days earlier) set for 6:30 for 3 people.  We got there at 6:15 and sat until 7:15!  A woman that was sitting before we even got there, asked if they were going to be able to take her soon and one of the employees was SO rude and said "it's Mothers' Day Weekend, it's busy!  If you don't want to wait you will have to come back after the weekend".  After I was finally taken to a chair and had my nails filled, I went to wash my hands before the polish and, like another Yelp user said, nothing was sanitized!!  The nail scrub brushes were just sitting in a tiny basket.  The tech also told me that my hands and nail beds were too small so any shape of nails except square would be "so ugly".  I picked out a dark red/wine color and she said "this is (once again) 'so ugly', it's springtime!"  I think this place is a complete ripoff and would discourage people from going. Poor service.. just got here and I'm not impressed at all.  They are running an assembly line type of pedicure and nail service.  I got placed in a chair for my pedicure and was expected to sit and wait with my feet in cold water for 20 minutes.  When I asked for hot water or for my water to be hotter the nail tech got an attitude.  Didn't appear to be very clean when using their nail tools.. I noticed they don't have the utensils which are sterile and come out of the sterilized packages.  They are placing the used tools under that light thing.  I saw one nail tech even attempt to just wash off the tools she had just used and was going to use the same tools on another customer, lucky the customer saw what was getting ready to happen and spoke up.They offer discounts on pedicures and their nail services so I'm thinking they think it's okay to take short cuts during their services.Let's just say "Buy A Better Ticket, Get A Better Ride!"Don't Waste Your Time or Money Coming Here! Bad experiences at this particular location. My first time here I witnessed two employees having an attire conversation in their language while one of the employees was doing my nails. I was trying to give here directions on how I wanted my nails and they both did not acknowledge my request, I had to wait until they were done with their conversation. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE........The second experience is that I arrived at 7:42, they closed at 8. I went right up to the counter to pick out my colors, not looking for more than two minutes, I hear a voice shout at me to hurry up they are closed. I found this very disrespectful for a customer to be screamed at and rushed at the same time. I arrived before 8, so I expected to be treated like the other customers. However, they do a good job on your nails, but the staff is very, very rude and tend to think it's okay to argue with customers. Someone should tell Susie that the 1st impression is lasting.  I have just moved to the area and was attempting to find a nail salon near my new home for my mom and I.  Well, I went to Tic Tac this afternoon and did not receive good service nor good experience.  I'm not hard to please but do not "slop" over and rush my due service...my toe nails weren't even filed.  Susie was rude in how she spoke to the customers...including me...the newbie.  Needless to say, I will be checking the other nail salons in the area in hopes for a better experience.  I wouldn't dare take my mom there.  Customer Service and attention to detail needs improvement. The owner Susie is very rude and talks down to her customers.  After doing a service.  I was not satisfied.  She didn't like the fact that I didn't like my nails because she feels like she is an expert and can't make any mistakes. After I stated that I didn't like it, she talked to her employees about me in her native tongue.  She thought I didn't understand her but I did. Went to get gel ac nails done. First the sign said 18 dollars. I was like, oh wow that's a really good deal. Well...it turned out to be 32 dollars. Apparently the manicure is extra. Why clipping my cuticles and soaking my fingers is extra, idk. Worst gelac ever! It  has been less than a week and the paint is chipping. Horrible job. Went with my wife to get her nails filled. The sign on the window says $10.99 for a fill. AFTER the lady is halfway through doing my wife's nails, she mentions that the $10.99 price is with a coupon only. Basically, it's a bait and switch. Coupons are a bad sign. They were understaffed so had to wait almost an hour for pedicure to get started. 10-15 mins of that without water to put my feet in. When they did do water they threw something that looked like a tums in the water that kept hitting my feet. I was the last one in there had my feet under the lamp trying to dry them and the guy turns off the tv and says "See you" as in get out I want to go home now. Not pleasant and won't go back.
