I've been going to Julie for years now, I've read some of the horrible comments saying she's rude which is not the case at all! The problem is that ppl are so impatient. If you go to a nail shop and it's busy you have to wait your turn just like everyone else. Poor service. Julie embarrassed me and insulated me infront of her co-workers and clients. She verbally cursed me out infront of my 10 year old daughter as well. They rushed to do my nails, now i have to go pay someone else to take them off! They are unevenly cut. Before they did them i asked for them to cut my real nails off! I didn't get them finished because of the poor job. I will never go back!!! Other people was dissatisfied and argumentative. To much drama and unprofessional activity! I got my lashes done here for the first time. While the service was good initially, the woman caked glue on to the point I had to get them taken off a week later. When I returned to have them removed I had to wait more than an hour and the woman spoke rudly to me for asking how long the wait will be as I sat there in pain from the work I had done here! I have been going to happy nails for a some time. Today I had a very poor experience and will not be back. The guy doing my nails was very disrespectful when I asked why the price was more than I paid the week before. I got a fill in the week before and the cost was 28. He yelled that it was because of the length of my nails but couldn't explain why the week before I paid less and my nails haven't grown since the last week. When I went to complain the lady Julie also responded in a rude why while the guy continued to yell something from the back. I love the pedicures. Kevin is the nail tech that I ask for. He is gentle yet firm. I like nail art as well as polish and he does a good job at the designs. I usually go earlier i the afternoon so it's not crowded. They have nice comfortable chairs that massage if you wish. Also I am on oxygen and Kevin is very good with gathering and carrying my things and oxygen for me. I would recommend Happy Nails. Read Less
