I an a male and my experience at Golden Nails was less than pleasant. I first went there 2 weeks ago for a mani pedi and had to wait an hour for a female tech. Long story short on this visit i was cut and bleeding in 3 different areas on my hands i still tipped 10$ smh. Second visit since I decided to give them another shot i was seated in the pedi chair immediately which I thought was a good sign. I waited in that chair with my feet in the water for 45 min. I watched customer after customer argue and fuss with the employees here. After waiting over my tolerance level I decided to walk out. Dont go here. Worst nail experience ever! This was my first and last time going to golden nail & spa. The customer service was horrible. When I asked the lady that was doing my nails if she could file the side of my nail a little more she got so mad. She grabbed my hand forcefully and clipped the whole nail. Her face was red and her eyes were filled with anger.I was in shock and scared and pulled my hand away. She continuously tried to forcefully grab my hand. She was so angry and said that she was going to clip all of my nails off. There was no way i was going to let anyone in that shop touch my nails after that. The police were called and they sided with me. The lady still insisted on clipping my nails off because I didn't end up paying for the service. The whole experience was a waste of my time and now I have to go get my nails fixed. Read Less

If you decide to get a pedicure pay attention and make sure they're using sterile tools and cleaning the pedi bowl.  Have them clean it in front of you and make sure the tools is coming out of the blue cleaning solution , I would hate for you to get a fungus like myself and then to be told It wasn't a fungus it was from wearing my shoes too tight.  Never the less I stop going and will never return. I hate to be a negative nancy, but this place was horrible. it was dirty. the girl that did my pedicure took a small piece of cotton and spray down the tools to clean instead of soaking them and put them back in a janky looking kinda "tackle/utility" box. Then when I realized she was done in 30 min the tab was $22 no callus remover (that's extra) the polish was not cleaned off my toes. I told the girl when I paid I'd NEVER come back to this place again. I was very angry at the price, and the half assed way of doing business. Read Less

I have been here about 4 times now. The 1st time they did a great job. After that something isnt right everytime however the staff does try to correct any mistakes without much attitude. The shellac started peeling off after 3 days. They peeled my gel nails off too rough which hurt and left my nail real super thin.when i needed to have a nail fixed I explained that my nail was very thin and asked  the guy to soak it. He tried to peel it off anyway making my nail bed bleed underneath. Im not sure if they just move too fast or lack experience but some of their work can be a lil sloppy. Im going try another place. Got my toes done here a couple weeks ago and they did an amazing job!!!! Can't remember who did mine but she was super friendly and even tho she was Korean like me, she spoke English the entire time!!! I'm definitely going back to get my nails and toes done again!!!! Read Less
