Extremely disappointed! My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas I used it in June (which the gift certificate didn't expire until the following year) the nail salon switch the owners same name still and when I got my pedicure/ manicure with my gift certificate they made me pay the difference extremely unfair! I had no idea they switched owners & raise prices I will never go back there ! I've been here a few times before and it seems like they do a good job. After yesterday, my opinion is 100% different. I came in just before 6pm on my way home, and was seated efficiently. The tech that did my fill in asked several different times why I cut my nails (which I hadn't), and kept insisting that they had been altered at home (which as previously stayed, they hadn't been). Finally she let that go. Not sure why it was an issue as there wasn't any broken nails or anything that she had to 'fix'. When she asked me to go wash, I asked if she could fix the couple of nails which were completely obviously uneven on the tip. I get my nails short, but id like for them to be straight at least. She hesitantly fixed them, but was annoyed I even asked. She was acting like they were getting ready to  close the doors even though it was only 6:15 and there were others mid manicure. I don't know what the problem was because I came in for a fill, which takes 35 minutes counting gel polish. They close at 7, so I wasn't even cutting it close. After this it was polish time. The color I picked was almost out, so when I saw that I asked to pick another color. She insisted this one was fine, but after applying it on a couple of nails, it was clear that it was not. She said she had another bottle, and went in back to get it, but came back with the same bottle but with thinner in it (which you absolutely can't do with a gel polish!!!!)I asked again to change colors and was promptly told no, it was too close to close (still not even 6:20 at this point, so ??). I ended up letting her finish with the same color because it was so light it was going to be easy to fix with a secondary top coat. She kept taking the light off my nails after 30 seconds, which everyone knows it needs 60 seconds, and when she sprayed alcohol on it at the end, it smudged two nails on my left hand. ‍When I checked out, she charged me $31 for a fill and gel polish. I'd have no problem with that if they had done a mediocre job or shown a slight bit of effort. My nails were uneven, the gel wasn't set all the way, two nails were smudged (because gel wasn't set), and they were pushing me out the door. The sides were missed on literally half of my nails, and I had to redo polish and even out the shapes myself once I got home. What a terrible experience. This place used to do nice work, but they've 100% gone to crap. The quality was horrible. I would absolutely not recommend. Horrible work, rude staff. ‍ Read Less

Terrible service. Went to get my pedicure. The first time I went ok but then the next couple of times I went to have a shellac pedicure. One of the owners (lady) will seat me the have another guy start my pedicure. Then he doesn't know how to apply shellac so I will have to wait for her to get finish with another client that came in after me to put the shellac on. Terrible customer service. Read Less

This is the only place I will go for my mani / pedi's... I have been coming here for years and though I have strayed a time or two, I always regret it and wish I didn't.  The staff is very friendly and do a great job (some do a better job than others, I will admit that, I have my favorites... but even with that said, just walking in and getting a random person, you will be ok).  They use clean tools that they open right in front of you and they will even stay open late for you (but seriously, be cool, they are really polite about this but I'm just throwing this out there for my own conscience, be respectful of their closing time, I have seen them stay sooooo late for people & have to call babysitters, etc).They keep the salon clean and I always see regulars, so that says to me that I'm not the only one that thinks this place is awesome:) Definitely pop in and check them out the next time you're looking for a quick pedi or whatever.  Oh and if you want to know who my fav is, it's Tu ;) Read Less

I've been here before and had great experience. This time was horrible. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and asked him if it was possible. He said ok and picked out the polishes needed. As you can see, this whole nail job is a disaster! Acrylic is way too thick (didn't even file it down, only the sides), nails are allDifferent shapes and lengths, never treated my cuticles, and the color....the "natural" color actually changes colors to a gray and looks horrible!! Needless to say, I will be going back tomorrow and asking one of the girls if they can fix this mess! Read Less

I use to love coming here but after my experience the last 3 times I went I will not be returning. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. The owners and the staff here are so rude (except Dan, he's the only one there with a personality). If I'm coming in to be serviced and I'm spending my hard earned money then the least you can do is greet me and make sure I enjoy my service. That's not what happened today. The water to get a pedicure takes so long to get hot. I told the man (I think he's the owner) that I wanted my water hotter but I guess he didn't feel like waiting until it was hot enough to my liking because he turned the water off & walked away. Then the lady who did my pedicure was so rude and rushed through it. She didn't say hello or anything, all she said was "right foot". She over did it when scrapping the dead skin off of my feet leaving them to feel rough. Pedicures are suppose to be relaxing but this was anything but relaxing. I will not be back Read Less

Best service of any other nail salons I have visited in the area. They take their time and are polite. I have had several pedicures here over the years and all employees give excellent leg massages. Waxing and other services have all been excellent. Not only do they do a great job, but the customer service is great! This is the only place I will go anymore. Read Less
