I wish I could invert this 1 star and place a circle around it converting it into a Pentagram.... because the service here sucks if it wasn't for the guy who did my pedicure. Let me start off by saying when you go in there everybody is on some type of device the place could be cleaner the carpet was filthy that is my first impression and after getting my pedicure I wanted a design so the guy got one of the females to do it and she came over asking what colors did I want and started going on base coat and then the Polish back-to-back without letting it dry so therefore it started to bubble and look nasty and she says you don't worry the design will cover that up😕Really?  She's was rushing me as if she had another client the design was awful so I said I don't like it remove it she messed up one of the other toenails and didn't fix it then she place the base coat and then two coats right back to back without allowing them to dry I walk over to the light and I see them bubbling and I get agitated and then I asked her to come and look at it and she says look at what and she was right behind me and I said you can't see my toes from there😞 the man who did my pedicure redid her work and without even asking repaired the one that she got some other polish on. I wouldn't go here if I had a free coupon I wouldn't go here if I was taking my dog they will never have to worry about me coming back North sending any other business their way..... and they should remove out of the window spa pedicure because you're not getting a spa pedicure Read Less

I just started going to this salon after moving to this area. I have had excellent service. Christine has done my nails twice and they are fabulous. She is so kind and sweet and so accommodating. I had a pedicure by Dan as well, very good, very nice, great job. Making appointments is easy and the salon is extremely clean and I would recommend this to anyone. Read Less

I have truly never had such a terrible customer service experience anywhere. My sister walked in midday while we were having lunch nearby, and made appointments for herself, myself and my three year old daughter - A special girls outing for later that day at 3:15p. We walked in at 3:15 and they were only ready for one person, so my sister started. She asked multiple times when someone would take the two of us, and everyone "magically" spoke little English... after communicating just fine earlier. Around 3:45, no one had taken my daughter or me yet, and when we inquired as to why we were told that the same nail tech would be doing all three of our nails. Now, when one makes appointments for three people at the same time, one assumes that all three appointments will be at that same time - Not back to back to back, causing us to be there for an hour and a half, with a toddler. We also had my 11 week old son in the shop with us, but having two children in tow did not mean anything to the employees there, who were rude and not accommodating. After arguing with the owner about  not explaining the timing to us properly, he said a man would start my nails and the woman who did my sister's would work on my daughter. We both sat down and the man started to remove my old polish.... The woman seated across from my daughter got up, walked away and started another person's pedicure, leaving a three year old at a table all by herself. When we complained, no one working there seemed to think that was wrong. We walked out with just one appointment complete, and I would never go back or recommend anyone go in there. What a disappointment! And on a sidenote..... Their polish selection is terrible! Old, crummy colors - Before this whole debacle, I actually walked to Levin's Beauty Supply in the same shopping center and bought my own polish. Try True Hollywood Nails at your own risk! Read Less

The people that work here are extremely rude the lady that answers the phone is a living nightmare. I tried to make an appointment with jasmine and she wouldn't make the appointment she literally hung up on me. And I tried to make an appointment with jasmine a different day for me and my sister and she told us to call back at 1 when she gets there and make the appointment with her and hung up on me. I will never go back. I will never call again. Jasmine needs to go to a different salon because she is losing business due to the devil that answers the phone my mom has also been hung up on by this lady and said how rude she is I think it's the owner she sits right by the front door. Decided to try this salon for the 1st time and definitely not impressed. I walked in, they asked me what I wanted done and I told them gel fill-in and polish change for my toes. They had me sign in. Another woman walked in, told the guy what she wanted and signed in. Two more women arrived 10 minutes later and signed in. After I've been waiting for 20 minutes, the tech takes the ladies who came in 10 minutes after me. I explained I have been waiting 20 minutes and need to know how much longer, which I was then told another 15-20 minutes. I asked why I wasn't told it would be almost 40 minutes to get in. The tech didn't have an answer but still took the woman who came in after me and the other woman. Both me and the other woman walked out.That's just rude to waste our time like that. Read Less

Love me some True Hollywood Nails!! I am a get a manicure on the spur of the moment kinda girl... I sometimes go in without an appointment, but I've found myself waiting up to 45 minutes. When I wait without an appointment, I go with whoever has the first opening... I've decided that I really only am happy when I get a mani/pedi from Jazmine or Shawn... so recently, I've been making appointments so I can get in with my 2 favorite people, without waiting.They have tv's so you can watch while you're getting your nails done, and lots of magazines to read while you wait. I've had a lot of different types of manicures there-- I've had a full set of acrylics put on, lots of fills, pink and white acrylics, shellac manicure, and a regular manicure. Their prices are fair, and they work pretty quick. The salon is really clean. They just did some light remodeling and the place looks great! They have a great selection of nail polish and shellac colors. I have realized that if I bring my own color, the nail polish stays longer. Probably because they (like every other nail salon) use thinner in their polish. I like their customer service. They are really nice there, and always make me feel welcome. Here's a tip: bring cash to tip with. They won't put a tip on the credit card. Read Less

Figured I'd try this place again for a mani-pedi, even though it's more pricey than most in the area. The staff is not very nice, argued about how to style nails (ie., what all other manicurists call squarish, she insisted repeatedly was round). My manicure did not last at all - tiny chips I noticed on my way home, but they were small - then one nail polish totally chipped within 2 days. Of course, I was out of town. I returned today, showed them (still less than a week and my manicures are pale and usually last 2-4 weeks)  and the male manager said it was the polish and they don't stand by their work.
